The Egg Tequila family restaurant — Restaurant in Williston

We were excited get breakfast here, its our go to spot every time we come to town. We walked in and were told it would be a minute, no problem! Waited 15 minutes, 2 people walked in and got seated right away. I asked the host if we could sit at the empty table next to them, no response. My other half asked why they got seated before us to which she replied "im getting you a table in the restaurant" we then told her we would be willing to sit anywhere and she said "you should have specified" (we were never asked) the 2 people that were seated before us didnt specify either. She finally sat us at a table that was empty the whole time and said "its not hard to be patient."

We were patient, you seated others before us, you were incredibly rude. If you hate your job that much, find a different career. The other staff all looked like they were doing fine while the host was unable to handle seating 2 groups of 2 people. (A 4 top walked in and left after she ignored them too).

The last time we were here the service was not great either. Want a refill on your coffee? Not happening, got our food and the server didnt return until we waved at her.

This place used to be fantastic, we will try again and see if it improves.

We understand being a server or a host in the patch can have its bad days, try not to take it out on your customers.

Absolute lack of maintenance with the kitchen grill I ordered the chicken club sandwich hoping to satisfy a craving I was having. When I got home after my 5 min drive to pick up the food, and opened the package, first thing I noticed was how filthy the “grill lines” were on the chicken that was showing in the cut outs of the sandwich. I proceeded to dissect the sandwich and realized how disgusting the chicken was. Ice cold, deep filthy soot and pitch black char lines that clearly come from a filthy grill, and that was just the tip of the iceberg. Only thing that was edible within the whole sandwich was the veggies and cheese. Everything else went straight to the trash. You can’t get away with slapping “grilled” on a plate and then just proceeding to cooking them on an open filthy grill, packing them in zip-log bags for days, and then just taking them out and placing them on fresh sandwiches. It wasn’t grilled. As a fellow cook and food nerd all I can say is, They need to move into fast-food if this is their sorry attempt at being a dine in restaurant. If I wanted an overprized piece of meat with filthy carbon build up and soot id go to McDonalds. This pitiful plate was not exactly appetizing or healthful. 1/10 Great presentation. Piss...

I don’t even know where to start. When you first walk in it says please wait to be seated. Ok… No hostess in site for five minutes. So I kindly asked a male server if we can sit down at a booth and he said you have to wait for the hostess. Well the hostess was chatting in the back and looked so thrilled to seat us when she realized she had to do her job. After being seated we realized they don’t serve complimentary chips and salsa. We paid for stale cold chips and some weird tasting salsa. Nothing authentic about it. Word of advice… invest in a chip warmer. Next was the service. We placed our drink order and appetizer only to have the appetizer come to the table before the drinks. And then she asked if we were ready to order when we hadn’t even got our drinks nor we hadn’t even finished our appetizer. I asked for refried beans and rice and got soupy black beans and white rice with cilantro. You guys call yourself a Mexican restaurant? There’s nothing Mexican about this place. It’s an overpriced Americanized Mexican restaurant that treats there customers inferior. Why don’t you guys actually cook real authentic food and hire people who are good at customer service!!! We won’t be back! Oh and they don’t even have fried...
