I don't know where to begin. Todd and the whole team at Paffraths are just outstanding! I've gotten, earrings, a mothers ring, necklaces, wedding ring and more all from here. I am convinced Jeff can customize anything, any way you want it!

My most recent experience was a couple weeks ago I had brought in my husband's Westbrook camouflage ring, the camouflage had completely fell out/broke. We had the ring for 7+ years and he wears it to work so it's been through a lot we felt. But, we brought it in just to see what it would cost to put the camouflage back on or if it would be cheaper to just buy a new ring.... when I tell you they stand behind their products I mean it! It costs us just $35! That was to pay for the shipping, that's it!

I went in to get Valentine's gift and had a good idea of what I wanted. The owner immediately introduced himself and asked if he could help me. I described what I had in mind, and he pulled out a few items for me to look at. One piece was perfect, except that it was above my price range, but I decided to get it anyway. As he is ringing it up, he drops the price to fit my budget (about a 15% discount). He just says he hopes she likes it and shakes my hand as I leave.

A few weeks ago, I went to them to get an old necklace of mine repaired and cleaned. When I picked it up a few days later, the owner noticed me from his office and came out to talk to me. He remembered me by name and asked how things were going. ...

This is long overdue but the holidays reminded me of something special. When my wife and I were married several years ago. We were presented a gift from my wife's uncle.
