Culver’s — Restaurant in Willmar

Our cashiers were very kind and were grateful for that. We arrived at about 1105 and ordered our food, about 10 minutes later the lunch rush started coming in and we were still waiting for our food which we could understand. At about 20 mins and noticing others that came in after us were being served, we decided to ask about our order, the cashier went to ask then came back asking what we had ordered so we told them again, another 15 minutes passes and still nothing so we ask again plus we asked twice for the applesauce we ordered my daughter which they wouldn't give us until the hot food came (she was about to start screaming and I told them I can wait for my hor food and please just give us the applesauce to feed our baby) again they asked us what we ordered. We finally got our food around 40 minutes after we arrived and then forgot an item so they came back and silently gave us the forgotten item amd 2 free meal tickets. That's fine, we can appreciate that but I think what's really bothering me is why we couldn't get the cold food item to feed our obviously upset child and why our hot food got put behind others when we were forgotten in the first place. When we got our food, the Patty's were semi cold and the bread was super hot like they microwaved it quick. Honestly very frustrated by the entire experience but thankful the cashiers...

I have never been treated so rude not by 1 but 2 different drive threw people I was there at 9:42 ordered a cod dinner and a chicken strip basket. I requested at the beginning of the order to please put my sides for the cod dinner in separate containers reasoning being that if you don't it leaves all over the fish and it is soggy. I at the end also reminded them before I got finished she cut me off and said yea i got it. I got up up to the window and of course that girl did not take my money she made someone else do it I then explained to the 2nd girls why I requested that she cut me off and said if ya don't like it on the plate then don't order it. I'm was absolutely astounded at her actions. I told her fine then I would not be ordering it I handed back the change she gave me 1 20.00 back slammed the window in my face and walked away. I sat there waiting had to honk my horn to get my other 20.00 back as I gave her 40.00. I have never been treated so rude in my life I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. What a sorry excuse for Employees noticed it has changed over the last 6 months as I eat there at least 2 tob3 times a...

Culver's is actually a really great place to eat especially here in Willmar... For my experience there's been really good customer service. I was checking my food once when the manager dude brought it out to my car and I explained quick the reason why I was checking is that a month prior they had forgotten a chili I had ordered... He was like "What hold on a second" and he went inside to make me up a voucher for a chili on them. It was great that even a month later he didn't want to lose us as customers and wanted to correct the mistake even a month later. Plus their Root beer is awesome. Yes all establishments have their flaws and mistakes but I hope others have been treated well in their experience...
