First I will start off with the positive…the appetizers were delicious. However, they were not displayed on a table like all of the pictures on their website, instead they had servers walking around with trays. The servers were hard to find and they were very ungenerous. I payed extra for a charcuterie board which I again assumed would be displayed like the pictures on the website. Instead it was a tiny spot at the end of the cookie table that was not aesthetically pleasing and looked cheap and chintzy. My son and daughter in law also payed extra for what was advertised as a “soft pretzel bar” for a late night snack. The reality was a tin foil pan of cold pretzel bites and another tin foil pan of cheese that was set out on the cookie table at the end of the night that no one knew was there. The actual wedding food was almost inedible. We had chosen the pork because in our tasting it was fantastic. What we actually received was left over pork that had that undeniable “reheated” taste. The chicken Francaise that we ordered was not even close to being that and was dry and rubbery. The “famous” grilled veggies were cold, soggy and tasteless. The potatoes were dry as was the pasta. But the terrible food was not the even most embarrassing part of this fiasco…it was the fact that our wedding buffet was once again manned with servers as to control portions. They literally served what would be equivalent to a tablespoon of each item. If guests asked for more they were not pleasant and they tore down the food immediately. If guests were allowed to serve themselves they most definitely would have run out of food which is completely unacceptable. I am Italian and this was my son’s wedding. In my family food is love, it is always delicious and we NEVER RATION FOOD. I was completely mortified by the entire experience and it definitely took away from what was otherwise the most...

Weber Catering went above and beyond for both my bridal shower and wedding. Though my bridal shower was reduced to a small party due to Covid-19, my food was still catered, set up beautifully and made my shower so special and memorable! I had sweet and savory crepes (my favorite) and my now-husband devoured the bacon lollipops! Moving forward to the wedding, they honestly made our wedding just as special as they did for our shower. Though my husband is a grizzly bear at heart with his love for salmon, I've never been a fan. My wedding day was life changing! I devoured their salmon and the amazing dill sauce that went with it! My cake was three layers (almond, red velvet and lemon-blueberry which was to die for), each layer being a different delicious flavor. It truly was a work of beautiful art that included a golden retriever figure that represented our fur-baby who stayed home. It was a touching way to include him and meant a lot us. Also, as requested, Weber Catering made a smaller version of my cake for my grandparents, who were married 60 years on our date! It was a unique way to celebrate and commemorate two very special people who mean the world to us. And I know the gesture meant the world to them as well! Weber Catering also set out snacks later towards the evening (pretzels and nachos) that we're a huge hit and smores bar. Everything about how they catered the event, the displays, the food, the cake, the professional service... It was all above and beyond! We had Roberta and her fabulous team for our wedding and they also catered Mother's Day brunch for the family the next morning. Her and her entire team gave us the most incredible experience! They catered our cocktail hour, dinner, and they made our wedding cake, and not a single thing was less than perfect! I am still getting calls and texts telling us that it was the most incredible wedding food people have ever had. The wedding cake was a vision of pure beauty and tasted exactly how we dreamed it would. And the Sunday brunch was the best brunch I have ever had in my life. On top of excellent food, her staff is some of the sweetest people I've met in my life. Multiple people came up to us and congratulated us on our wedding day, then on Sunday, the lovely woman who brought and set everything up was so thoughtful and so sweet. They expected any needs we would have and made our special day more delicious than either of us had envisioned. I 1000000%...
