Asian Life Market in Wilmington gave everything it needed to give. Period. This spot has that real homey, authentic, local hidden gem vibe — exactly what I thought Oriental Pantry would be, but I was clearly mistaken. If I had to choose between this and Oriental Pantry? Easy. The ramen options alone seal the deal for me. Every shelf was stocked (no random empty spots), and there were way more options overall Sure, there weren’t random “50% off” signs everywhere, but the prices were still super competitive. Like… $3 for a 2L sugar-free aloe drink that usually runs $6? Who are they kidding?! And don’t even get me started on the sauce selection — it had me ready to pack an entire extra suitcase. Too bad you can’t take more than 3 ounces in a carry-on… otherwise, I would’ve cleared those shelves. If you’re in the area, definitely make the stop. Great hidden gem in Wilmington! Not very impressive on the outside but this store has A LOT of Asian food, snacks, toiletries, kitchen gadgets, etc. HUGE selection of noodles...ramen, udon, pho, rice noodles, instant noodles, etc. Large selection of cheap fresh fruits and veggies. Large amount of frozen and refrigerated goods. If you're looking for any kind of Asian food, I highly recommend you give this place a shot! Oh yeah you can also get lottery and the staff are very friendly and helpful as well. 😊

This is a really nice store. Well-stocked with all of the items I was looking for, organized in a fashion that’s easy to navigate, and many unique offerings. I picked up some ramen, some candies, and a drink. They have a very large bottled/canned drink selection, but not many in a cooler to drink right away. Prices were reasonable, and mostly cheaper than other places I’ve seen. Check-out was very simple, and the person working was very nice.

This is a really nice store. Well-stocked with all of the items I was looking for, organized in a fashion that’s easy to navigate, and many unique offerings. I picked up some ramen, some candies, and a drink. They have a very large bottled/canned drink selection, but not many in a cooler to drink right away. Prices were reasonable, and mostly cheaper than other places I’ve seen. Check-out was very simple, and the person working was very nice.

I absolutely adore this shop. An amazing selection of food and kitchen accessories you can't normally find elsewhere. We always come to stock up on new flavors of ramen (they have about a BILLION) and we always find some new foods/spices/condiments to try. We've discovered so many new foods that have become kitchen staples in our house. And we always try to guess what our final bill is going to be... Everytime I think it's going to be $50-$60 and it's rarely above $35. The prices are amazing. And the employees are SUPER helpful when you're looking for a specific item or just recommendations. We live about 45 minutes from Wilmington but EVERY time we come to Wilmington, we head straight here to...

Best international market hands down. It was the first place I went to after moving from Los Angeles more than 8 years ago.

The place is beyond clean, the products top notch, and if you can't find what you are looking for, they would likely order it for you.

Great produce, well organized, friendly with good parking.

Most importantly, the customer service is absolutely outstanding. Jenny and her crew go above and beyond and are clearly some of the hardest workers you will ever come upon.

Sriracha, mochi, tofu, dumplings, chopsticks, lottery tickets, green tea, togarashi... These are a few of my favorite things. And they are all here, well priced and so fun to shop for! Kudos...

I love this place, the diversity of products they carry is amazing. They have frozen, ramen, meat, veggie, and snack sections plus the staff are very very nice so you feel very welcome when you come in. The location is a bit of a squeeze to get in to but it is worth it just to try all the diverse food options that they have in stock. They also have meals and dishes you can order but I have not ordered one yet so I cannot speak much on them 😅. It is also very clean and organized so you do not have much trouble locating the products that you want. Not to mention the prices are very affordable and reasonable so that makes it ten...
