The interior design is colorful and lively. The food did not disappoint. To start, I got the pork and cheese pupusas and it was amazing. The pickled cabbage and onions along with the salsa took it to the next level. I then indulged in some empanadas and that was great too. The rice and beans were ok, but who's going to a restaurant for spectacular rice and beans anyway. I tried a dish, I've never had before, which was the Baleada and it was decent. Finally I got the steak quesadilla and the steak was tender, juicy and seasoned so well. 9/10 would recommend. This place is a diamond in the rough and the prices are great too.

Disappointing and Overpriced We were surprised there were no appetizers—just chips and salsa, which were burnt and clearly reheated. When we asked for fresh ones, the server said they’re all like that. We ordered two $25 churrasco meals expecting quality skirt steak, but were served the same cut as their carne asada. When we questioned it, the server seemed unsure, and the owner claimed it was ribeye—which it definitely wasn’t. Service declined after that, and we had trouble getting drink refills. Paying was a hassle too, with no clear direction. Overall, not worth the price, and we won’t be back.

Dios bueno!! This place is amazing. Stopped in for breakfast and had the baleadas especiales with chips, salsa, and queso on the side. Giant homemade tortillas filled with beans, Honduran cheese, eggs, and avocado. The house salsa is great, but if you ask for it they also have an incredible verde and a spicier roja. Freshly made tortilla chips and easily the best queso/cheese dip in town. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. All the food was excellent. This restaurant obviously cares a lot about what they do. I'm about to become a regular and can't wait to try more of the menu. 👍

This is easily one of the worse restaurants I have ever eaten at. I should have listened to the little voice inside my head that told me to walk out as soon as we walked in.

There were so many things wrong with this place: The restaurant was empty & it was 6pm. It smelled like cleaning products. My cocktail was watered down & taste nothing like the drink it was supposed to be. Service was bad bad bad. Subpar is the word that comes to mind. The server was inattentive & appeared annoyed the entire time. She brought 4 glasses of water to the table; there were 5 of us. Our server did not give us plates or silverware when the appetizers arrived. When we asked for plates, she brought us 1 plate. The chips were oily & tasted stale. The salsa & queso it came with tasted awful. Everyone's dish tasted gross & we all left about 3/4 of the meal on our plates. Don't order the seafood soup. It tasted like really bad clam chowder (minus the clams), it had shrimp, 3 crab claws, & a full piece of tilapia in the soup. Just weird & really, really bad. Don't order the fajitas I had shrimp, chicken, & steak fajitas. The shrimp & rice were the only things edible. The refried beans were made with red beans & they were extremely dry. The steak & chicken were strips of over cooked & over-seasoned pieces of tough, dry meat. The steak was thin & extremely overcooked. Overcooked like a leather shoe. Finally, when we ask for the bill, our server waved us over to the register & there was something on the bill that we never received. Look at your bill; we were charged a 20% gratuity. I had no problem leaving a minimum 15% tip, even for awful service, but I would hate to have accidentally given an additional 15% gratuity because I failed to notice that 20% was already included on the bill.

Don't waste your time. I can't even fathom how this restaurant is still...

Was in the plaza and saw they had lunch specials and took a chance. Big mistake. He spoke almost no English. I asked about the lunch specials he said they don't have any. I pointed to the menu where it says they do and I asked what they are and he told me the meats i could get. I asked how its served like taco or quesadilla or flautas and he said yes. So I pointed to the taquitos and asked if i could do it like that on corn and he said yes. I said does it come with rice or beans and he said yes. So when i got a big plate of what appeared to be stewed chicken I was confused and said I ordered the chicken lunch special with the rolled tacos. So he took them away and brought back taquitos, and only taquitos no rice or beans. At this point it was useless to argue. So i just ate my taquitos but when I tried to put the cheese on it I instantly gagged. The cheese had gone bad and was sour and disgusting. Finally, I just got the check and was overcharged for my food. After all that he didn't give me the lunch special even though it was only 1pm still well in the window. And it was supposed to come with a soda. I asked for the Mexican coke and I deff got the pepsi instead. Lastly, there were cockroaches crawling on the floor. I pointed it out to him and he stomped on one. Never going back and hoping I don't end up with...
