This is the worst customer service I have ever received at ANY establishment I have ever been to. I love Subway but I will NEVER return to this one. I walk in and no line but I received no recognition, no hello, nothing. She proceeded to make 2 online order sandwiches and then 2 more people walk in so she had a line. I didn’t mind she made these sandwiches but she could’ve at least greeted me and said il be right with you, nothing. Then she proceeded to not only rush me but the woman behind me. Also no greeting to either of us. I ordered wrap and she didn’t even ask me if I wanted it toasted which I didn’t she thew the meat in the microwave and slammed the door before I had a chance to speak. She seemed upset like she must be having a bad day but she should be ashamed of how she treats customers she should NOT work in customer service she was very RUDE for no reason at all. I was overly nice to her hoping she would find my enthusiasm annoying. Almost like I was mocking how rude she was. I wanted to ask her why she was so upset/mean but I didn’t. Read moreLiterally watched them walk around like snails. There was over 10 people in the line and one poor guy making sandwiches while the others walked around aimlessly. I’ve never seen someone move so slow when trying to serve customers. The man in front of me had to remind the guy MULTIPLE times what sandwich he wanted. They were out of every bread except for two. Not one of the employees were smiling or even speaking clearly and loud enough to be heard. One young woman moving -8 mph decided to walk over for a second and she just stared at me waiting for me to tell her what I wanted without asking or saying anything, she then disappeared to do whatever she was doing in the back. They were acting like there was not a line going out the door and nobody offered to help the one guy making sandwiches when he was clearly overwhelmed. But on Thur, 23-Feb-12 just before noon, I experienced a sandwich-maker who, w/ plastic gloves on, opened the door of the walk-in refrigerator and w/o changing gloves, touched the recently retrieved spinach. I politely asked them to change their gloves, which they did, but I opted out of the spinach... Next the cashier made me wait (lunchtime line formed behind me) while continuing to take a phone order. They had the audacity to exhale loudly, cock their head to the side and speak to me abruptly when I asked to be rung up because I was on a schedule. FYI: Customer in the shop w/ money in hand, supersedes telephone order and possible, future payment. Never make a customer wait to give you money people!
