I initially took my phone in for water damage and left having the entire screen "needing" to be replaced, which was over half the amount more than I anticipated paying. The screen that they replaced my phone with is of poor quality and is already severely damaged after one short fall. No, I shouldn't drop my phone, and accidents happen, but I'd expect the new screen that I replaced with a screen protector on it not to crack severely after a 3-foot drop. Now, not even three weeks later, I need to get another replacement. Very unfortunate, and I feel as if I was pressured/ scammed into getting a replacement the first time.

Boost Mobile recommended that I go to Cell Phone Paradise here in Wilmington NC when my phone stopped working. While in the store with Herman helping, I was on the phone for almost 2 hours with LG. I was going to have to send my phone back to LG. I would be without a phone for possibly 3 weeks. I cannot go without a phone for 3 weeks. I bought a phone from cellphpne paradise last night the phone is nice, have no complaints about that but I tried to call up there before I went in to ask him what kind of phones They have available and what kind of price so that I wouldn't have to go to a bunch of different stores and they are very rude to me on the phone I ended up buying an iPhone there for a decent price and I want to go back and buy another one today I was just wanted to ask if they still have the same one available and they're rude again I will not be going back.
