I apologize, I do see that you responded, and while I appreciate that very much, I feel you should have offered me another muffin...no biggie. So today, once again I have been given what I know cannot be a "baked today" muffin! Simply put, its dry as hell! Not to mention no one ever responded to me the first time I posted about this... Your staff is very friendly, and service is always Top notch. I usually get muffins, and coffee. Although the location is ideal and the products typically taste great, I have consistently experienced repeated issues with slow service. Not sure if staffing is low, although there were three working there this week, I have found them to take forever. I thought it was just the drive through, but not to be. Just this week I walked in and made an order for a basic latte. Three customers were served that were behind me (one with a latte) before mine was finally finished. I waited for 10 minutes to get one beverage. This has never been my experience with any other PCJ. I typically go to the one near Monkey Junction. They consistently are speedy and courteous. Vacationing in Wilmington and found this coffee shop that sells smoothies. I ordered the Green Wave, pretty good. Tropical Smoothie is still my favorite. They offer the Smoothie in 2 sizes, 16 oz and 32 oz. There is a sign above the straws and napkins that said exceeding expectation of every customer every visit... They didn't exceed my expectation but they met it. I paid with credit card and there was an option to tip 15%, 18%, etc... I'm not sure why there isn't a 10% for carryout. I usually tip 15% carryout and 20% dine in regardless of the type of restaurants, but the minimum should be 10% considering it's a coffee shop. It might encourage customers paying with credit...
