DO NOT USE THIS SPA!! If I could give 0 stars I would based on this one interaction and I never stepped foot in there. The receptionist who answered the phone today, 07/29/21, at 12:35pm is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONALISM and doesn't need a job since she does not value hers. I wouldn't hire her if she was the only applicant that I had to interview and pick from. I explained to her that earlier this week, I had some health issues that came up which I have to have surgery, so this is more important to me than cosmetic issues, so I cancelled the appt on Tuesday. I received a confirmation today for my appt on tomorrow, 07/30 at 12:30 and cancelled it again before the 24 hr window, so without any empathy she stated that it is still on their books (5 minutes after the time when I tried multiple times) and she stated that she will cancel it and charge me $25 even though there cheap booking system clearly is not working. I told her that if you are going to charge me then I will just show up for the appointment, but I will not spend the thousands of dollars that I was willing to spend because of her unprofessionalism. No thanks! There are other nicer spas that I am sure I can use and value their upcoming customers. She stated that she was going to charge my card and cancel the appointment and hung up on me while I was stating that I will inform my bank of the unauthorized charge. I will NEVER come to this place unless they use an automated system (and I definitely don't like those), but I will deal with that before I deal with someone smacking in my ear, maybe on lunch, over talking me, being rude, unempathetic, and clearly "classless"! I hope this is not the culture of the business and I pray you get someone with a heart and professionalism to answer the phone or you will lose out on allot of money and customers because of this one individual. Kindness shouldn't be expensive! For me, this is not about the $25 fee at this point.....clearly, it is about how I was treated, so now I will take the measures that I need to. The owner would respond defending her employee. There was no verbal abuse and the "young acting lady" who answered the phone knows this. I wouldn't want to use the services, so thank you owner for doing me the favor of wasting my time coming there to you rude people. You're not the ONLY SPA, fortunately! Much success to your business and I hope that everyone reviewing this will see that they are not even apologetic about their employees RUDE behavior. Even if it was enforced, I advised that I would make a way to come in instead of giving my money away, but she was so adamant about cancelling the appt and making the whopping $25 without providing the service...lol Wow! I will dispute it though because it was unauthorized and the appt was cancelled before the 24 hr window. The policy actually states a $25 fee "MAY" be charged, so I guess they pick and choose if it is or isn't depending or you are a new or regular client I am sure. Upgrade your system.... Big appreciation for Tia and NuYu. I decided to give the MedSpa idea a try. I am 39, healthy, workout, eat well, and have a general bent towards taking care of myself. Naturally, my body's changing with aging. I like to look and feel good and thought I'd explore a possible treatment to address cellulite on my thighs. I got a consultation which was a gentle entry into meeting Tia and opening up to the idea of adding MedSpa services to my care routine. Tia and I spoke about possible treatment options and I decided to buy a four pack of the Ultrasonic Cellulite Treatment. I got the first treatment on its own. For the second treatment I decided to add a B12 lipotropic shot to boost results of the Ultrasonic Treatment. And the third time, I got just the lipotropic shot. I was curious to experience results as single treatments - ultrasonic only or lipotropic only - and together as a duo. Without hesitation, the combo of the Ultrasonic Cellulite Treatment plus the B12 lipotropic shot worked on me. But in unexpected ways. I can’t say for certain if the combo of both treatments reduced the appearance of cellulite. What I can say for certain is that weight from my entire body fell off. Not just from my thighs. But from my belly, face, neck, arms, and legs. Everywhere. And it happen in a matter of days. The duo of both made me completely lose my appetite for 3-5 days. Though I still forced myself to eat light and nutritious foods. Within those days, I pooped out what was probably visceral fat that’s been hanging around in my body for years and needed releasing. And the results lasted for a few months. But again, I have generally good eating habits and I work out regularly (strength training), which I'm sure added to the lasting results.

NUYu Body Sculpting. I was in a car accident got two disc removed march 2024 and awaiting a ACL repair 6/2024 needed the laser lipo service from medicine made me gain a few pounds, but the owner didn't like that I was coming early to wait outside her business so she refunded my money back. You suppose to help the people in need with all that I told her she should have been wanting to help me. That wasn't the case. I can't bend my leg so being in the car hurts... but she told clients about me coming in early... glad she refunded me, what a shame to have all the tools to help people like me that are hurt and not like what you do , but blame anxiety. I have that too I don't wanna be in my car long periods of time now .... 5 disc herniated two completely removed. Once I met her I thought we would be on the same page (I'm 34) but I was wrong she don't wanna help people... just make her business look good and I looked on Groupon where I found her .... I should have left her there .... no cool . Told me about her son being in a car accident and also in aviation school where I finished at. I told her I was in foster care and I never been out of work so I have been driving myself crazy wanting to return but not healed yet.... she not for the people and it's June teenth month .... all I can do is smh because I wanted to support her and her business I even asked about other services and adding a group to get service which was allowed ... but it's so many restrictions! Can't bring kids either or extra people... she tell you that after you there already and book, kids are out of school. Glad I keep in touch with all my foster families.... she don't support...
