As of me posting this, the employee they have posted has shown Extreme incompetence. They removed the sign in sheet because Apparently, there was Fight. I tried 4 times It’s time I turned away because there was like a five hour wait. you can be waiting for hours and you have no idea. making an appointment can or can not help depending on weather he desides he wants to honor it, sometimes he forgets. He doesn’t tell you that appointments are Supposed to be prioritized, Because he’s always behind by the tune of 5-7. The guy takes way too long, it’s not a complicated process.

The IdentoGO honors appointments and they only take 10-20 minutes normally in and out, you show up on time you get it done no problem. I have no idea how the staples guy takes an hour to do some of these appointments. It’s insane. Everyone knows about it, again I KNOW many complaints have been made. Let me start by saying, I really wish i could give this location zero stars. I have never witnessed such unprofessional and flat out disgustingly disrespectful customer service that bordered on con-artistry. Note to anyone reading, do not support this staples location. After asking a sales rep for help buying HDMI cable and trying to fool, pressure him into a sale, one of the employees followed my grandfather (mind you who struggles with dementia) and I outside of the store and proceeded to point and laugh at him while he was walking away behind his back. I wonder how they can sleep with their consciences at night. As if scheming isn't bad enough, the fact that they went out of their way to disrespect my family and I as well as attempt to take advantage of an elder with dementia (and laugh at an elder that is genuinely struggling to deal with it) speaks volumes about the kind of scourge of the earth scumbags that are...

Made reservations to complete the TSA Pre Check here. Drove 50 minutes in the rain only to have the girl working the desk tell us she did not have ours or anyone else who was there's information. She also said that she could only take people if they had the TSA email, which I later learned was total BS. TSA never sent us an email, just gave us a reservation number which I had with me. Turns out she could have processed us using them but I suspect she just didn’t want to do her job plus a little extra or is incompetent. Ended up going to a different Staples as walk in’s and that person took us right in and processed us immediately with no email or issues. Shame on this stores Staples TSA rep and bravo for the other stores. Avoid this store for TSA related items because the counter girl will do absolutely nothing to help you.
