I brought my computer in 2 1/2 months ago (October 11). They told me it would "DEFINITELY be ready next week" at that time.
One week went by, no updates. I called them. They said it wasn't ready yet. They said they would check on it and call me back. They never did.
Two weeks went by. I called back on a Monday. They said it would be ready for pickup "by Friday". Friday came. They didn't call me. I called them. They said it wasn't ready. They didn't know what was going on with it. They said they would call me back. They never did.
I kept calling in to get updates each week to find out what was going on with my computer. The people in the store repeatedly said "I will call you right back and let you know when we can get this back to you." The never call back.
I called in one time and they asked if they could place me on a "brief hold". I was on hold for literally an hour and then they hung up on me.
I finally received my computer back yesterday.
In the store, the staff are rude and inattentive. They signed me up for the Asurion Home+ program when I didn't ask for that or want it. Now I have to call Asurion to cancel it and get a refund for the last two months that they charged me.
I have had decent experiences with the UBIF in Exton, PA. However, this store in Prices Corner, Wilmington, DE is ridiculous and unacceptable. I wouldn't trust them to fix me a sandwich let alone fix my important electronics.

Read moreSeptember 27th, two Saturday’s ago, we came in to get the back glass on my iPhone fixed. We were told that a claim was being made and an order for the part was being placed. Next weekend we called to see if they had the part in yet but the technician stated that the part was not attached to the work order and the part was given to someone else. They ordered us another part and made a work order and attached the part to the claim. This Saturday 10-11-25, we go and they have the part and was told it’ll take 45 minutes to fix, but after a few minutes we get a call that the phone was done but another claim needs to be made because they cannot attach the current claim to the current work order on the file. We had to call Asurion customer service even though we were already in an Asurion store. The Asurion customer service needed to speak to the store tech, so I’m not sure why me as the customer needed to make the phone call to their customer service center instead of them making the call. This was to get the claim transferred to their office before we could leave. I’m not sure why all elements and requirements of this process was not verified before the techs completed the repair. I’m more upset that my part was given to someone else and I had to keep driving...

The sales man legit scammed me. Since I was on my lunch break, I asked how long it would take. He said if you pay an extra $30, I can get it done in 5 minutes. I decided to do it because I was in a hurry. Then, he said did you want the warranty for $40 and I said no. I specifically said NO! He then charges me the extra $30 for the speedy service, and he said don’t worry about the other $40, I was like yeah- because I don’t want the warranty, and he said oh well, I have to put in your calendar to cancel it-I was like what? I said NO! He said okay, I’ll put it in for March 5th. So basically he scammed me to cancel a month later so he could get a kick back— I checked my bank account and the warranty was on my bank statement. I called Asurion right away and told them what happened and they refunded me the $30. Overall, it was never $40! He made it up to get the asurion warranty kickback and pretended it was the speedy service.
What a trash scam place!! Do not go here!
