Ciao Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Delaware

I've been a regular at this place for while now and usually the pizza tastes good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The experience began to dull and become underwhelming over time and my most recent visit was outright disgusting! On Friday, January 24th, 2020, multiple employees in uniforms and aprons, including what appeared to be a manager were standing in plain sight, eating some form of dippable meal off a prep table, while another ate from a potato chip bag and wiped the crumbs onto his shirt. At this point, I already paid for my pizza and was waiting, arguing with myself on whether or not to say something. Then to make things worse, one of the cooks, a man with tons of rings and other jewelry, a backwards camo cap and pony tail, walked out of the kitchen and into the bathroom, still wearing his apron. I have over a decade of experience in the food industry and you are not under any circumstance allowed to enter a bathroom while wearing your apron nor wear jewelry other than a wedding band whereas gloves are required if you do. Then he exited moments later and rinsed his hands for a few seconds in the kitchen sink. For a place that was shut down in November 2019 for a roach infestation and unsanitary work environments none of the staff seem to be on their p's and q's. These people started out nice today when I came in to Order 2 wedding soups and a slice of pizza.As soon as i spent $12.49 got my order and put a tip in the jar they became ignorant.Im sure you wondering how they became ignorant?well,my order was to go.so,i was taking my soup out of the bag so that I could put salt and pepper in it and i dropped one of the plastic spoons that they gave me.Before I went to walk out and get back in my truck,I asked the one man running the register for another spoon and he says no,I mean real calm he shook his head no.I was like "really"?.So the tall man who packed my order over heard what i had asked and he turned to me and said"I gave you 2 spoons already"I said what difference does it make.i have to soups and dropped one of the spoons that I had.I want another one.after being a smart ass he says"do you want another spoon?".i.said no and walked out.I SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO JUSTIFY WHY I NEEDED ONE.I am the customer and i wasnt asking to much to get another plastic spoon.He should have just given me one without questioning me.People are really getting seriously petty anymore.Im definitely never going back thier again.These people are ignorant.The questioning and the ignorant voice is enough to...

Walked in employee (Latino male) cleaning tables with gloves on. I stood to wait for service, no one came to register. The man who was cleaning tables walked over asked how may I help you with those same gloves on. When I asked did he change his gloves he stated he washed them. I repeated you washed them but not changed them or your hands. He then stated you tell me. He asked if wanted it. I stated you just walked up after I have been standing here. All of this while filling my drink. He was not pleasant, didn't greet me when I walked in just looked. I questioned his unsanitary practice and he was offended that I didn't want to purchase an illness and/or possible death. Before I walked out, I stated I will call the Department of Health.
