Absolutely the worst experience getting a U-Haul I could have imagined. The employee that was behind the desk JD he said his name was (guy with spiky hair). Was very obviously under the influence of some type of drug or medication during the transaction. I had my son with me at the time and had him wait outside in the car with my Mother and lock the doors because I didn't feel comfortable with him around this guy. Nodding off while talking to me drooling slurring his words and overall not being helpful due to his condition. Was so bad I had to walk outside and get one of the other employees who was sitting in their car to come help. To top things off I rented the truck for 24 hours on the 15th and had it back ON TIME on the 16th and was charged for 48 hours because they didn't check in the truck till the 17th. When I dropped it off nobody was at the front counter I had to go find the employees who were in the back working on a car. JD told me to give the keys to a kid he said is his little brother appeared to be maybe 10 years old. Had to call U-Haul corporate to get a refund for the extra day charged. Street sounds needs to be shut down if this is how they operate. Do yourself a favor and stay away...

I'm a nurse and staying in a hotel because of Covid-19, I have a stereo that the display can't be seen and blown speakers, so I decided to get a new system (mask in place), willing to spend up to $700. Walk in and in between playing on his cell phone, clerk asks if he could help, I say yes and explain about my current system and let him know I need a good system. I begin looking at the systems in front of me and immediately the clerk then proceeds to start taking care of some other people who stepped in to ask a question. Waiting and waiting, the clerk never said another word to me, finally almost ten minutes later and these guys are just talking shop so I walked out, not even a good bye. Wow, now that's the kind of place I want to put my hard earned money. Being very mechanically inclined, I will do it myself and save hundreds. So much for trying to...
