Alright, let me honestly rate this place. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I purchased a stero for 259$ the total came to 602$ that labor and brackets. The guy ask me if I have an android or apple to match the stereo cool.I get my car back they kept the box..(red flag 1) Now I get my car kia soul! Had steering wheel controls before get my car. They turn my soul ! into a base model. I had 2 inputs that came with the car, now I have 4 total the inputs are not place I got a microphone posted to the console. Now before I went here I had a mic in the headliner of the car now I have two but no steering controls. Now I find out through an employee that it will be an additional 200$ and something for the controls on the steering wheel controls to work. So I went back the next day because my android was not allowing me to sync android. Now that was my fault because I didn't download it properly,so the bluetooth is working. Than talked to the guy that sold the radio to me abt this problem. I'm feeling some type of way 602$ no steering controls I got to touch the screen for volume and everything.. Told him that he should have stated the additional $200 and something at the beginning. He stated he didn't know I had the steering wheel controls. How can you sell something if you dont know. Go to the car for now on and look inside from now on. He type the s#$@ on the computer before we got to the installation. I was going to get speakers replaced that would have been 1200$ with the amp. I told him over and I'm not looking for anything loud loud right I'm getting older ya'll. (Profiling) pick all the big stuff. So I scratched the simple speakers. So, now I'm telling them not to profile people, now they stated that ya'll Wilson folks complain, talking about ya'll pretty much accused them of hustling ya'll. They had me confused, so that why I started talking about profiling people and I pay for quality so I'll drop a bill for proper services. NOW BACK TO THE BOX. WHY WOULD THEY KEEP THE BOX? WELL LET ME TELL YA'LL. I'm reading the manual to this radio Thank God they gave it to me. Started with , what in the box. Its stated rear cameras and front cameras and so why dont I have front cameras. They are truly charging extra 200 for something for stuff that in the box. So, what am I going to do buy the same stero when I get back north. Have them put it on or I may just get them to explain this foolishness. To get more proof for ya'll to keep this 100 See, they profile me not they the guy that sold me the radio but whoever installed the radio took advantage. So now they got someone that's going to Yelp the mess out of them. Money hungry business. I like the one employee that was straight up I'm thinking he seem to be. So I'll be back with another review when I get some more evidence as proof. Please sound of s$#@ dont reply back to me with B.S.. Imma give this place 3 stars cause I’m not thrilled but not terribly disappointed but still not happy. I got my truck done here a little while ago and well I started with a radio and door speakers and got those done all n all it turned out just fine and perfect. Nothing wrong with it at all or shorting out or anything well I decided that afternoon to go get subs to go ahead and complete it and well when they did my subs and stuff they over tightened all the wires cause most of them to be very fragile and break or fall out causing me to have to fix them myself and also only screwed the top to corners of the amp to hold it up and the screws had stripped through so they fell right out and where the wires hook up to the box inside was clamped down and broken causing the wire to fall out so now only one sun works and I’m having to fix something to fix the other piece. So all n all there probably better places out there for sure but for radio and speakers I’d go to them but for subs and amps go somewhere else and...

I bring my car to this place because I want to know if the available to install aftermarket headlights so the tell yes after the inspection the vehicle im told this guys about my harness don’t match with the headlights plug but the still told me about bring to next day so I left my car next day so the can work on that .. but around 11 am the call me and say the know how to do so i told the owner to is okay so im going pick up my car on the afternoon .. so when im stop to get my car the charge me $100 dollars for nothing i told the owners to im no going pay $100 dollars for nothing so the told me if you no pay im no going give you car so the keep inside in the building i have video on tiktok because im recording this guys stay away from this place ….
