Chicken 2 Go — Restaurant in Wilson

I got so excited when I saw the $1 deal on Facebook for the chicken wings on Friday. Made my way to the store and wait for about 20 minutes and got some cold, rubbery wings that taste like they have been cooked in 10 day old grease. The hold up where my potato wedges edges and when I got them they were undercooked. I noticed there was a no refund sign so I simply ask for some fries in exchange exchange. The lady gave me the fries and I asked if I could get a small drink to make up the difference and she told me there was no difference however the 5 potato wedges cost $3 a small Frie does not. She looked at the pricing menu and agreed reluctantly to give me a drink. The new fresh fries were the best thing they had to offer. The chicken is trash as is the customer service. While stuck in the area my kids and I found this on Google. I must say the wings that I didn’t order by the way but someone else did and didn’t pick up so I got them for a deal lol was the best golden fried wings that I’ve had in a long time. My daughter said her cheeseburger was the best she’s ever had (she’s dramatic lol) the livers and gizzards were good just not as golden as the wings but good. Shrimp fried rice could use some more shrimp but it was seasoned and tasty. The greens could’ve use some salt and prepped and i liked what I believe was a hint of garlic but could use a little more help. Blue raspberry lemonade koolaid was good too. Giving two stars only because I never got an opportunity to try the food. The person taking orders and from what I could see, also assisting in preparing the food, was coughing all over the place. On his sleeve, hand, etc. I’m pretty sure hands washing wasn’t happening. Had what looked like caked up batter around his fingertips. I had already ordered my food and was not aware of the no refund policy they have.
