Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Wilson

Order my pizza online to include cheese sticks and wings and pizza. We need to go pick my order up. , check the boxes and the cheese sticks look like they have been sitting out. Eventually the manager came up and told me that he could not issue a cash refund and I knew that if I had of gotten them to remake them the. Rest of the pizza would have been cold by the time I got it home. He THREW the box down on the counter and proceeded to do something in the register which is when he told me he could t issue the refund. I grabbed the other items and pleasantly said no problem I'll call corporate to which he replied he would issue me a store credit. I hadn't planned on going back with the lackluster service and poor quality but I guess I'll redeem my free pizza. Waited over an hour before calling the store to see what the hold up was with my delivery which per my email would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. I was told my order was in route. I live 10-12 minutes from the location. Called back 10 minutes later was told my order was still in route and that the driver was delivering other orders with mine. Called back 10 min later, which by now is 30 minutes from the time I was originally told my order was in route, this time I was given an apology but still told my order was in route. By now it's been 1 hour and 30 min from the time I placed my order. I told them to cancel the order. The location in Wilson is becoming the worst location for Papa John's. I normally don't like writing bad reviews but I need to say this may as many times I order from here they get it wrong more than right either pizzas warm/cold but today I made a mistake and didn't pay by card like I wanted to so I called the store to do so. The person who answered the phone with a major attitude. He cancel the order so I could reorder my food so I did and clearly there's no onions ordered on my pizza but I got onions in my pizza still ate it because honestly didn't want to feel like something might happen if I tried to get it fixed.
