Mike was extremely caring with not only me but every customer who came near him..when my sister and I approached the area he was in he immediately acknowledged us and assured he would be right with us...when it was our turn to be serviced; while helping us he still acknowledged the other customers, he spoke letting then know he would be right with them and he made eye contact..what great customer service. .Thank you for making us feel valued..you are definitely an asset to Rose's....

Like a mad house. The check out took money out of my account then put it back and I was told I would have to go somewhere else and get cash. They did not try to check us out again just made us leave go to bank withdrawal money and come back to get the lay away out . But the man that help with the order was great he brought it out and put it in the truck and was nice....

The gentleman that helped us was very courteous and helpful.He showed my mother who is 90 years old,myself and wife exactly what he thought she would like.Mom picked out a nice lift recliner and a mattress and she is very satisfied with it.I do not know the gentleman's name if I did I would give him a shout out.We purchased our items at Roses Store # 482 in...
