Bowling lanes are decent, but staff is not knowledgeable of business law. Tried to deny me a refund bc âthey donât do refundsâ yet have no policy listed. Under NC Law you must conspicuously post refund policy in business to uphold such a determination. Regardless, FTC requires all businesses to honor âcool offâ period of 3 days for services that consumers had paid for. We played for 2 games and 2 beers in advance, then had to leave early. Ended up getting a credit on a gift card for the 2 games and just asked them to give me the beer. When I tried to inform the woman who was assisting us of the law, she said âI donât want to argueâ (which I wasnât trying to) and plugged her ears with her finger. Then she said âown your on business and come backâ lol terrible response from business but Iâm generally satisfied with the result (beer and gift card). Iffy place, but I know the brunt small businesses have to bear.. despite it, all businesses should honor refunds 100%!! Itâs a consumers right! Especially if they havenât used...

I loved that they had the lil thing that helps young/small children bowl. So my 2 young daughters (ages 2yrs & 3yrs) were able to bowl too by having us put the bowling ball on there & they pushed the ball! My only issue was with the Game Room & the guys at the Shoe Rental. My son hit Jackpot on a game & no tickets printed out, luckily they gave him all of his tickets that he won (the machine had ran out of tickets). And the 2 guys that were working the Shoe Rental had NO personality whatsoever! And 1 of them seen us standing there trying to get his attention & he just kept ignoring us & pretending like he didn't see or hear me! But other that that, it was your average Bowling Alley, no different than the 2 that are in my town (I don't live in Raleigh, I live...
Read moreWe went this week and had a blast. My son In wheelchair enjoyed the noise of all the kids. Grandson loved the bowling and game machines. Got a huge amount of tickets. The food was well priced and actually delicious. We had pizza and wings and onion rings sampler platter. Despite being busy the staff was super polite and helpful and quick. Saw camps and leagues. Rell made our visit so fun we will be back! Only issue which couldnt be helped was the wheelchair aisle/ramp was blocked with groups and tables. We were offered assistance to get to Lane but didn't need it. This might be something to be addressed though. Really nice experience and affordable. Used the kids bowl...
