I was looking for specific items in art work for my Grandson who has Autism. I had asked for help and the Associate wasn’t very pleasant. She had directed me to and Isle which said 50 Percent off all items. I said great! I got to the register and the gal said no that I had to buy one and get 50 percent of the second. That’s not what the sign said and the associate. So I decided to use my Coupon at 20 percent off and she said I couldn’t use it because the Items were already marked at 50 percent. That’s not true you had to buy 2 items in order to get the 50 percent off which wasn’t true. At the register the gal said I couldn’t use my coupon because the Item was already marked at 50 percent, which it wasn’t. So I decided to take my business elsewhere after shopping there for many years!! Good by Michael’s I will also pass this on to family...

I placed an order for curbside pickup on the 20th. The first day the doors opened for business after being shut for a while due to the pandemic. The store was being kept at a very low staffing, and they had gotten at least 100 curbside orders that day, mine being one of them. I got there 15 minutes before closing, and the staff was still running around like crazy trying to help everyone before they closed. I didnt catch her name, but there was 1 young woman in particular with beautiful red hair that was putting in alot of effort to help 4 people at once while I was there. She seemed frazzled and stressed, but she went out of her way for each person who came in looking for help despite whatever tasks she was trying to do prior. Shes fantastic, and deserves a raise!
