I’m putting a star because it won’t allow me to put zero But this is the absolute worst place to ever try to rent from EVER where do I start well first off I got the stuff then waited a whole week to get it then they called me 3 days later attempting to collect a payment telling me it was late (it wasn’t due until another week) well I paid the next payment then they show up at my house again telling my husband I was late on the payment again I walk downstairs to talk to them he says oh we’re sorry we got it confused at the store your ok Fast forward to the next payment I had a emergency come up so I needed to pay half my payment and also wanted to return some items due to the stuff not working out like they gave me a mattress that didn’t even fit my grandsons bed The table we got was all scratched up to hell and back my husbands bed was broken like I wasn’t going to pay these high ass bills for broken down trash well before he even tried to charge me I told him I was returning these items and ending my lease well instead of him doing that he charged me for a full month and a late fee on all my items so it was $847.32 that was literally my whole entire check he didn’t tell me how much he was charging me or ask me if it was ok to charge me that amount And when I seen what he done he said he was sorry but they don’t give refunds and I have to pay for the items until they could come pick them up Well they were booked and I had to pay because they were booked But they wasn’t booked when they showed up at my house 3 or 4 times harassing me and my husband over late payments that was not even late!!! Then when they finally came to pick up the furniture they completely destroyed our home damaged the ceiling walls stairwell etc I called the main corporation and still have not heard anything back from anyone about my money I’m waiting on them to...

Be very careful and DO NOT TAKE THEM AT FACE VALUE!! When I first got my computer last year, I dealt with Steve. I paid my first payment, 2 weeks later I got my computer. When I picked it up, he said he gave me a free month and that I only had 10 months left . He even showed me the paper. Fast forward to now. I pay April's payment thinking YEAH last one...NOPE. I still have more to go!! So I call. I'm looking at my bank statement and I notice 4 months where they charged me 10 extra dollars I also asked about that. Lady said she didn't see it. I printed it out and off went. I showed them that and asked about my payoff. They did end up taking the 40. Off but said I still owed 74.00 for may. No free month..Steve wasn't the manager anymore. WHAT THE HELL!! I will never go back and my freinds, 10 of them , who I had recommended over the 20 years I been dealing there , won't either. VERY...

Trying to rent a washer and dryer. But keep pushing my delivery back so now i have to wait ANOTHER week. By It will be almost two weeks since I've gone in there. Definitely not a good first impression on a new customer.

Edit. 3/06/2018 Renting a couch and loveseat. I just wish Aaron's would call to inform you that furniture that they ordered for you was delivered to their store and is ready for pickup. We gotta keep calling to ask questions about our order because they give us a specific day that we're told we can pick it up but then that day comes (Monday for example) and still no call or anything. As usual we have to call them. Then they tell us their truck will be there the following day. Like why can't you call us and tell us there is a delay or our furniture is ready for pick up.......
