I've been with cricket for a while now... We had been struggling and couldn't pay our phones for a few months until I finally had the money to do so. I came to the store to pay my bill and to upgrade. Probably one of the best experiences I've had with cricket. A very nice gentleman helped me find the best deals and was very kind to me. He helped me a lot and I appreciate it. If I ever need to go to one of the cricket stores again for anything then I'm definitely coming to this one. Yall have one of the best employees. I have loved my service for over 2 years, staff are knowledgeable of products and make the process of transferring phones easy. Was a little disappointed that they couldn't offer any additional discounts for long term customers but did give a package deal on certain cases, phones, chargers or pop sockets. I suggest to ask for any additional discounts and you may have better luck if you go while the manager is there. Others may not have authority to give those discounts but that is just my opinion. The sales person at Cricket was very helpful. She was able to quickly remove some malware from my smartphone.
