Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winchester

One of the worst pizza places ever we first started off by trying to eat in the only sign was a tiny little written letter on the door saying they did not allow dining in which was annoying but me and my family decided to order online and eat in our car in the parking lot. Secondly we tried to order drinks and those were also available he said this while putting his full cup behind the counter also the guy at the counter said they did not have any straws, napkins, or paper plates anymore whatever right? No thirdly we ordered a large half pep half cheese and cheese bread with a size of fries they said that it would take an hour and a half we walked in and in was sitting on the counter while the guy at the counter was on his phone. When we got everything the fries were mediocre as they usually are however the pizza was cold and so raw so doughy it immediately crumpled and all the toppings fell off tried a second piece and it was just squishy dough barely any sauce and no pepperoni AT ALL the cheese bread wasn’t as bad but still very doughy. Very disappointed with everything and it went in the trash completely inedible and unacceptable STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN...

On our first visit it took my wife and I over two hours to get out food another waitress stepped in and took care of our order. The manager talked to us and sent the waitress home. The second time we ordered from home hoping to save alot of time this time they added mushroom to a meat lovers pizza I hate mushrooms so they fixed another pizza this and again waited for our order. The third and final time for a while we went back and ordered well done as they called just to get home to find the pizza and bread sticks was raw. The bad part of this is that an employee told the manager about the oven and acted funny he acted like he did not care and wanted me gone from the store. So unless they got the oven fixed expect raw food and make sure you check and tell them about it. I had enough from that pizza hut. The bad thing is is that is the only pizza I like. I always loved going to Pizza Hut and eating there and listening to the juke box/CD machine. But after COVID, they are closed to public dining as far as I can tell. It's delivery and pick up. 😕 But walking in the door to pick up, it's very dimly lit, evoking a depressing vibe. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes and an employee came right to the register, looked at something, turned and talked to someone else but didn't acknowledge me. I think he was a driver preparing for a delivery. After he left, the other person came and waited on me. I've worked in customer service and believe a customer should be greeted upon arrival, even if they have to wait to actually receive service. But the pizza was very good and I will continue to order from there. My comments would make the store more people -friendly and professional, in...
