I've only stopped by here maybe 7 times over the last 5 years, but I had to give up a 5 star review. I'm a local, and this place is everything you could ask of a Las Vegas bar. Everytime I've been here, I've recieved nothing but grade A customer service. Their drink menu is unlimited. Anything from good beer, mixed cocktails, specialty drinks and even a decent wine menu, you just can't go wrong. Small yet full of history. It isn't in the best area of town, but you will receive the kind of customer service that some of the these other Vegas spots can learn something from. You forget where your at when your in there because you'll get high class customer service. Their gaming machines are on point as well!. Everytime I've played Video Poker or Keno there, I've walked away with a W. I recommend tipping from your winnings accordingly as it's the right thing to do. This spot is a hidden gem of Las Vegas and deserves recognition. After my last visit, I have decided to post this review because I've received the same excellent customer service everytime I go, meaning it's no mistake. It's well worth your time checking this place out even if it's a little out of your way. Great spot for business men like myself or anyone wanting to hit a home run on a date. You can't go wrong!!. I will be back much more often than I have been in the past. Thank you Champagne's for the incredible customer service you showed me and my colleague's over the years! Don't...
Read moreThis little bar is like a step back to a time when Vegas had buckets for you to collect your coins in! (Remember haw everyone always had dirty blackened hands from handling the quarters and nickels) red leather booths, low lighting, and located in the Sierra Vista/Maryland Parkway strip. The neighborhood is undergoing some gentrification for sure, but Champagnes has withstood the test of time, and the neighborhoodâs decline from what was once a very desired area for those who worked on the strip to a neighborhood where getting robbed in broad daylight (yes I actually saw this happen in 1998!) was a pretty common occurrence. The bar had a cute and friendly gal bartending, and some live music that was not horrible! I hear they have karaoke and my companion sings a mean round of karaoke! All challengers can meet us there on Friday⌠since I now live a mile and a half away, I have the feeling Iâll be frequenting this establishment on more than one occasion to listen to renditions of âToxicityâ and whatever else the locals of this neighborhood can come up with. Oughta be a good time, if you arenât afraid to experience Las Vegas when the glitter...
Read moreSo itâs been 1 year since I havenât said anything about this bar. But I am gonna said something. Idk why this place has 5 stars cause I saw white woman whoâs a bartender having heated arguments with an autistic guy about using restroom without paying. And the guy trying to say that heâs sorry and he didnât know that he have to pay to go inside to use the restroom but she wouldnât accept his apology and continues to yell at him and told him heâs not allowed to come back ever again. People nowadays donât accept peopleâs apology. Not to mention how they treat autistic people badly. That proves how cruel this earth really is. And yâall supposed to hang a sign on door that it says âno public restroomâ or âdo not go inside without payingâ. Cause I donât see sign when I came in. Also another advice: please hang a âAUTISTIC PEOPLE NOT ALLOWEDâ sign on your door. I think...
