The Godfather
Scotch, amaretto some stories say it was inspired by the famous gangster film of the same name; others say that the don himself, marlon brando, drank it regularly. I don't know if we'll ever know the truth of the tale. "Regrets belong to the past." - marlon brando
Manhattan
Bourbon whiskey, sweet vermouth, angostura bitters, brandy soaked cherries born in the 1880's, we know that it was one of the very first cocktails that called for vermouth as a modifier. There's a chance that the manhattan was invented at the manhattan club in new york. "The manhattan cocktail classic is quite literally the center of the cocktail universe." Francis schott
Bee's Knees
Gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, lemon twist dating back to prohibition, the addition of ingredients such as citrus and honey were often used to cover the less than ideal smell and taste of bathtub gin. The phrase "bee's knees" was slang for the best. "Alcohol gives you infinite patience for stupidity." - sammy davis jr.
Vesper
Gin, vodka, french aromoatized wine, lemon peel conceived by writer ian fleming in 1952, the vesper differs from james bond's usual cocktail of choice, the martini, in that it uses both gin and vodka, kina lillet instead of the usual dry vermouth, and a lemon peel instead of an olive. "It was a woman who drove me to drink, come to think of it i never did hang around to thank her for that." - dean martin
Old Fashioned
Bourbon, sugar cube, water, angostura bitters, orange peel james e. Pepper, bartender and esteemed bourbon aristocrat, was said to have invented the drink in louisville, ky, before he brought the recipe to the waldorf-astoria hotel bar in nyc. "I feel sorry for people that don't drink, because when they wake up in the morning, that is the best they are going to feel all day." - frank sinatra

I LOVE THIS BAR! Even before the Bar Rescue visits I was a huge fan of this Bar. It's such a classic Las Vegas Bar with some great drinks and great karaoke. They now offer a small food menu which to my delight, the offered a vegan panini which by the way was fantastic. I also ordered one of their new specialty drinks, the Frank Sinatra coffee, delicious. I went on a Friday which is usual karaoke night that starts at 10pm and this night was great seeing as karaoke is now allowed as Covid restrictions are loosening up. A great local bar now and forever will be in my personal opinion. Make sure to come out and visit this diamond!

This little bar has been here a long time and it’s a classic! It has the ambience of a smoky little lounge bar where the celebrities would escape to for some fun with friends away from the crowds. They have a great bar and mixed drinks are inexpensive in comparison to most bars here. Service was very good and friendly. They did not have a food menu or snacks available. They have gambling machines at the bar, if you like that sort of entertainment while you drink, and sometimes they have live entertainment. Definitely stop in here for a few good drinks before heading out for dinner or a show.

Mac the bartender greeted us when we came into Champagne's. He was awesome 😎. Very welcoming environment and cozy atmosphere. The drinks were mixed perfectly by Mac. He had a great personality and kept us entertained. I would highly recommend this place to spend an evening. They have karaoke Friday through Sundays. You can play poker for 25 cents per hand. Can't believe this spot has been open since Frank Sinatra hung out here back in the 1960's. What a relic.

I've only stopped by here maybe 7 times over the last 5 years, but I had to give up a 5 star review. I'm a local, and this place is everything you could ask of a Las Vegas bar. Everytime I've been here, I've recieved nothing but grade A customer service. Their drink menu is unlimited. Anything from good beer, mixed cocktails, specialty drinks and even a decent wine menu, you just can't go wrong. Small yet full of history. It isn't in the best area of town, but you will receive the kind of customer service that some of the these other Vegas spots can learn something from. You forget where your at when your in there because you'll get high class customer service. Their gaming machines are on point as well!. Everytime I've played Video Poker or Keno there, I've walked away with a W. I recommend tipping from your winnings accordingly as it's the right thing to do. This spot is a hidden gem of Las Vegas and deserves recognition. After my last visit, I have decided to post this review because I've received the same excellent customer service everytime I go, meaning it's no mistake. It's well worth your time checking this place out even if it's a little out of your way. Great spot for business men like myself or anyone wanting to hit a home run on a date. You can't go wrong!!. I will be back much more often than I have been in the past. Thank you Champagne's for the incredible customer service you showed me and my colleague's over the years! Don't...

This little bar is like a step back to a time when Vegas had buckets for you to collect your coins in! (Remember haw everyone always had dirty blackened hands from handling the quarters and nickels) red leather booths, low lighting, and located in the Sierra Vista/Maryland Parkway strip. The neighborhood is undergoing some gentrification for sure, but Champagnes has withstood the test of time, and the neighborhood’s decline from what was once a very desired area for those who worked on the strip to a neighborhood where getting robbed in broad daylight (yes I actually saw this happen in 1998!) was a pretty common occurrence. The bar had a cute and friendly gal bartending, and some live music that was not horrible! I hear they have karaoke and my companion sings a mean round of karaoke! All challengers can meet us there on Friday… since I now live a mile and a half away, I have the feeling I’ll be frequenting this establishment on more than one occasion to listen to renditions of “Toxicity” and whatever else the locals of this neighborhood can come up with. Oughta be a good time, if you aren’t afraid to experience Las Vegas when the glitter...

So it’s been 1 year since I haven’t said anything about this bar. But I am gonna said something. Idk why this place has 5 stars cause I saw white woman who’s a bartender having heated arguments with an autistic guy about using restroom without paying. And the guy trying to say that he’s sorry and he didn’t know that he have to pay to go inside to use the restroom but she wouldn’t accept his apology and continues to yell at him and told him he’s not allowed to come back ever again. People nowadays don’t accept people’s apology. Not to mention how they treat autistic people badly. That proves how cruel this earth really is. And y’all supposed to hang a sign on door that it says “no public restroom” or “do not go inside without paying”. Cause I don’t see sign when I came in. Also another advice: please hang a “AUTISTIC PEOPLE NOT ALLOWED” sign on your door. I think...
