Where do I begin? I’m giving them a 1 cause I can’t give .5. Traveling from San Diego to Las Vegas we didn’t arrive in Las Vegas until approximately 6 PM at 3:30 PM. I noticed that I had been charged on my credit card for a single night stay. Mind you we were prepared to stay 5 nights at this hotel. I have been a choice member for over 15 years and never have I’ve been charged before I walked in the door and handed them my card. That should’ve been a red flag to me to begin with, but I didn’t and it wasn’t. Upon arriving I was asked to present the card that had already been charged and my ID which I did. I was told that my card declined because and I did not have my cell phone on my person. I didn’t realize that the charge actually was approved because like I said earlier, I received an alert on my phone when we were on the freeway that they had charged my card for one night same card. After running the card again, I was told by the front desk that the card had declined again. At which time I gave them my debit card and they charged me for the rest of the day which would have been $718 compared minus the $179 that they had already charged me for before I arrived. I reserved the room shown below. The room was not a two bedroom. It was a one bedroom, and the third bed was a sofa bed, which they had pulled out and fixed to look like a bed in the makeshift living room and the partial kitchen that was supposed to be a full kitchen nevertheless I checked out upon checking out. I told the gentleman that my car had been charged even though she said it been declined and he said he gave me a receipt stating that all we only charged your credit card this but the debit card was this upon checking my Navy fed. I noticed that credit card was charged for seven 18 debit card was charged 718 and credit card was charged 179. I called Navy fit disputed the credit card charge because I’m not gonna argue with this gentleman when he tells me that my financial institute has it wrong no, not gonna argue it’s that I had an awful experience. I had to go somewhere else. I got the two bedroom that I asked for plus more… I would not recommend this particular main stay in Las Vegas as it looks like a trap house pulling in all I got to say thank you...
Read moreI recently had the displeasure of staying at this hotel. This, by far, is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in while visiting Las Vegas, and I’ve been visiting for years.
I checked into my room after what I felt was friendly staff at the time, only to learn later that they are incompetent in a litany of ways. I felt infantilized, unsafe, unheard and lied to more than anything else.
Getting to my room was easy, yet dealing with the faint smell of cigarette smoke was much harder. I’d find my first issue almost immediately: Boot/shoe prints on the ironing board. I said, “Hey. You get what you pay for…” I expected 1 or two issues during my stay. I wish I were correct in that expectation.
Next, I’d found the sink wouldn’t drain after using it, which is frustrating when brushing your teeth or washing your face. I would do these over the kitchenette sink. After that, I wanted a nice shower. That was when I found out the shower wouldn’t drain. Fantastic.
The icing on the cake happen upon closer examination of my room door. It seemed as though someone had possibly made an attempt at breaching the door to my room. The security latch had more than one screw missing. This filled me with horror.
They said they would address the issues contained within my words. They took care of one and only one.
Best part? They allow individuals to loiter outside at night. That’s right! No security on site. These folks will attempt to enter the building with you. It’s a good time.
However, my favorite part was when I tried to have my room serviced only to learn that it’s only done for guests who are staying there for a week or more. Great.
Don’t stay here. Seriously. I mean if you’re trying to save a buck, I totally get it, but even then it’s not worth it.
I’d like a refund, or will simply perform a chargeback due to services not being...
