About a year ago I was devastated to find out my engagement and wedding rings were stolen. I made the mistake of going through a jeweler that had popular search results on Google for my replacement. Only a few months after wearing my new set, my solitaire prong bent. I had just recently moved to the area and decided to give Jimmeze Jewelers a try for a repair. The repair estimate given to me was extremely reasonable. However, while visiting the store, a setting in the case really caught my eye. My replacement just wasn't close enough to the standard that my original ring was. The owner took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for. Ultimately, I decided to let Jimmeze recreate my ring. Again, the price that was quoted was very reasonable. He requested as many pictures as I could find. During the process, I got an update call from the owner and requested my wedding band (it's a wrap band) because he wanted to make sure my new ring would fit (he actually said he decided to make the diamonds bigger!). The attention to detail is impeccable! I can't rave enough about the level of customer service I received. The time finally came for me to pick up my new ring and it is absolutely STUNNING. The prongs are solid, snug, with no rough edges, and the setting fits perfectly inside my wedding band. I am so happy with how it came out and it has relieved the sadness of the loss.
