Stryker Farm Market — Local services in Wind Gap

We started getting Stryker farm eggs at a local farm stand near Alburtis over a year ago. When they started carrying different, inferior eggs, I decided to go directly to the source up in Wind Gap. They are consistently the brightest and richest yolks I have ever had...they put every other egg I eat to shame, so I had to track them down. I'm so glad I took the trip, because the Stryker Farm Market was a delight and did not disappoint - we got eggs, bacon, milk, jam, sourdough and some hot drip coffee. They do pork and beef shares as well - we will probably do that this fall. I always buy fresh, raw goat milk from here - I use it for my tea and also make my own butter and ghee and sometimes yogurt. They get it from a farm in Lancaster, PA. I drive a distance from NJ to get there as NJ does not allow the sale of raw goat milk ... Good price compared to other stores that sell raw goat milk, n great people working there. On occasion I do buy some cheese n some cuts of meat..and some apple Danish (to die for!) We recently had a pig roast at lake Wallenpaupack and decided to get the pig already cooked. There were several caterers available for us but we went with Stryker Farms for several reasons. First, they use heritage pork which in my experience is far superior to a regular commercial product. Second, their price was better and third, they answered their phone every time I called.
