Aldi holds it's own when it comes to basic items and everyday items such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, bread, etc.
Then they have a step above that where one can pick up secondary items, which covers your processed foods like things you could make at home, but could save time by buying these. A good example is bone broth, or stuffing, nut butters, premade salads, tortillas.
After that, you can find the rest; cookies, ice cream, muffins, candies, chips, chocolate... The treats, basically. There seemed to be a broad selection of these items, a little something for everyone. Case in point, myself. I picked up a bag of dill (pickle) flavored chicharrones I have yet to try, but will certainly edit this review after I do.
I honestly don't know what to think about Aldi. Personally, I'd rather go to ShopRite for groceries, but the choice of store is different for everyone. Good for a quick...

We also have found that their store brands measure up to name brands & several times have been better. They carry large selection of organic fruits & vegetables. That also have veggie & vegan hot dogs, sausages, "burgers", as well as a large selection of meats, but I can't comment on them. Read moreRevised my review following the recent remodel to 5 stars. This aldi is amazing. Aside from the awesome prices, the store is clean and the lines are so quick. They sell grassfed beef for less than $5.50 per pound, which is about half of what they sell it for at mainstream grocery stores. I would go just for that. But otherwise their produce is better than the other aldi locations I've been to. This place is amazing. Of course you need to bring your own bags and put away your own cart, but these are such small sacrifices...
