Ordered a shrimp, spinach, bacon and a plain cheese on the app just after 6pm and it said my order would be ready between 6:21 and 6:36, so I soon headed over and as I arrived in the parking lot, the app said my order was ready for pickup. I went in and told one of the girls working the register my name, and she said rather flatly "It's not ready yet." I showed her the phone app message at which she stared blankly for a moment and went about her business. So, after another 15 minutes, I received my order and went home. Upon opening the box and trying to get two shrimp slices onto my plate, a very strong garlic smell came up and all the cheese and toppings slid off my slices back into the box. I immediately could tell there was way too much garlic on the pizza but scooped the whole mess back onto the slices and sat down to try it anyway, which I would now have to do with a fork and knife. Now, I love garlic, don't get me wrong but....When I say there was a LOT of garlic on this pie, I mean it was like a 1/2 a head of garlic or more on just the two small slices. The smell and taste overwhelmed the pie, pretty much making the shrimp and spinach if not pointless, an afterthought at best. I had two slices if that and gave up on it. Just a sloppy pie with no thought put into balancing it out. Next up was the plain. Nothing special about it, honestly. The lack of piles of garlic on it let me taste the crust this time, which was bland and tasted processed and flavorless. Now, listen. I don't expect a gourmet experience here. But, I would like management to maybe read this review with a critical eye and ask themselves if they can do better than what I have described. As it is, I likely won't return to this business. This was my first and probably last time. Because, let's face it; in this economy, or really any economy, we should spend money on places that respect us enough to consider the final product they are putting out. Read moreThis restaurant used to be very good until the new owners took over a year or so ago. Ever since they did this place has gone downhill fast!! To start the food just isn’t any good. The chicken Parmesan is disgusting, the last time I got it, I threw it straight into the trash. Their pizzas are more expensive than any other restaurant in the area and they are probably the worst in the area. They are super greasy especially if you order pepperoni. To the point where you have to dry the pizza with a napkin for it to even be edible. Also their garlic knots are almost always overcooked to the point that they are black. The service is typically terrible as well, especially from the management. I have seen firsthand when the owner got off the phone with a customer and proceeded to trash talk them and laugh about it with his employees. It is even worse if you are a delivery driver for companies like DoorDash and GrubHub. They will purposely make those orders last and at times even give the food for DoorDash orders to customers in the restaurant. The management is also usually very rude to delivery drivers. Lastly the fact that I have seen the owner vaping while making the pizzas is nasty and has turned me off from ever trying this place again. I will never spend another dime in this establishment and I strongly recommend anyone reading this does the same. Read moreRecently moved to there area and Received a menu in the mail. Ordered delivery they said 45 minutes and charged an extra $5 because I think we were a bit far for them. Food took over an hour and a half driver said the went to another address entirely that’s why it took so long. Food was cold and after heating up was inedible! We decided not to call and complain, just not to order from them again. Next morning we saw our mailbox had been hit and completely run over. We check the cameras and saw that the delivery driver had run over it when she left. I called as soon as I got out of work that day and I was told the owner will contact me. Manger called me back the next day and apologized for the driver and the bad food. Told me he could refund me what I paid for the order and have the owner call me as well. I waited to see a credit and for the owner to call but nothing. I called agin and got the same manager who was rude this time and wasn’t going to refund me anything. Just wanted to give me the drivers phone number and that’s it. I told him the food wasn’t edible at least he could refund me for that! I was able to fix the mailbox. But it’s the food was horrible and service was worse. It’s the least he could do for the circumstances. But he hung up on me! Bad service and over cooked food. If it’s too far for them to deliver hot food. Don’t put menu’s in mailboxes out of your area and charge extra for the service over all...
