Been coming here for awhile and food is pretty good but I was appalled at how staff treated an elderly couple today. Watched while an elderly couple who had a very difficult time making it up the handicap ramp came in the side door. They politely asked a bus boy if they could sit down in an empty seat, they were told to walk to the front and wait for a hostess to seat. You could visibly tell they had balance issues and were holding onto each other, my husband and I both offered to give up our seat. They declined, I felt so bad I told them to go ahead and sit and if was an issue I would take any blame. A young waitress who saw them seat themselves seemed aggravated at this. She had the GAUL to approach this elderly couple and ask them in a rude tone if they seated them selves or they waited to be seated.ARE YOU KIDDING???? I understand you ask people to wait but do you not have any respect or compassion for an elderly couple? And if the issue is their were other people waiting than this world has bigger problems if someone would take a table while an elderly couple had to stand and wait.
