Don't let the purchased reviews here fool you, the place is a dump. Staff is miserably unfriendly. There was a homeless man sitting in a dumpster just outside, and nobody seemed to care. Just laughing about it. Cigarette butts. Empty bottles. Broken glass. Even a used condom were laying about in the parking lot. As for inside, they have the same selection as any other regular package store, but the elements that make a good package store great are sorely missing here. If Willimantic is trying to turn over a new leaf and shy away from its long storied history of being an awful location, its going to have to rid stores like this of existing, and replace it with something fresh and vibrant with people who care about not only their store but the people who...

This is a great package store. It's very large with an extremely large selection of anything you might want. There's always plenty of stuff here and the store is always extremely clean. There is always enough staff and they are friendly and professional.

I personally like craft beer, and they have a very solid selection of great local craft beer. If you care about beer, check this place out, one of the other stores in town that has a lot of craft beer unfortunately doesn't watch or check expiration dates and I've had many beers that had gone bad. This is without a doubt the BEST liquor store in CT!! The customer service is off the charts!! I was looking for a special item as a last minute gift, called around to try and find it and everyone said "no", they didn't carry it ... this was the ONLY store who said, "we don't have it in but I could order it for tomorrow" :) Wow!!
