Absolutely disrespectful, arrogant employees. Mainly the female and the manager. Our first time there and were looking around and we didn't really.see what we liked, and the manager says to the lady oh they probably saw the price and can't afford that . Needless to say that didn't go over well.. We have no issue paying for what we like, we have an issue with disrespect. The lady had a additude because she didn't make full commission because of an error on their end. Than the manager again was disrespectful in every aspect to me on the phone. They continued to take money out of my account after I told them to take the furniture and they did, because I bought furniture at Bob's discount for half the price. If Troy sends you out to do a repair and says he’ll reimburse you don’t do it it’s a scam and he’ll refuse to pay you back for doing their job. Very nasty when showing paper trail of the repairs because he doesn’t want to pay the money back. If you rip people off and talk to them with such disrespect you won’t stay in business long or have loyal customers. If you do go out to do a repair get it in writing...which I should’ve done but sense I’ve paid on time for years and have been loyal I didn’t expect to be treated so poorly. definitely changes my opinion of them and won’t be getting...
