We called NAPA to inquire about brakes. The gentleman that answered was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave us a quote of $39 & said he would hold the brakes until we were able to come get them later on that evening. There were two different employees at the counter when we arrived. The gentleman that helped us was the same gentleman who we talked to previously on the phone. He asked what he had quoted us and we told him $39 and he said I'll give them to you for $35.
