Geissler's Supermarket — Local services in Windsor

Welp today will be the last time I go back to Geissler's. The newer people they have working there. One younger guy who was working the front service desk literally walked away from me in the middle of me talking after giving a short rude answer to me. I used to LOVE Geissler's and have given it a 5 star review before. But this is the second or third bad experience I've had in the past month or two. I loved supporting them because I looked at it as a nice. smaller, family owned business. But not any more. The people they have hired to represent them are the worst. Some of the workers are of course still very nice, but whoever decided to have the rude guy representing the store up at the customer service desk clearly doesn't have the best judgement to put somebody who has such poor people skills there. I know I'm just one guy but I won't...

We had visited this supermarket while on vacation in the area. We had rented a cottage and needed to pick up some groceries for our stay. We had eaten breakfast in the same plaza, so it was just convenient that this supermarket was here. It was a nice supermarket but it was small. Prices were fair but there was nothing that would have had me stocking up on, if I lived in the area. We were a little surprised that it was carry out and no plastic bags are given out. But again, we are not from the area and we FULLY SUPPORT elimination of plastic bags....

Not happy, they forgot to put my meat in the bag, when I got home I called them, to see if i can come get it a man picked up the phone said that he didn't see it around the cash register, i told him i was there not that long ago and maybe I can come picked it up he said no so I asked if I can get a refund since I was charged for it he said no. I told him why not he said we close soon i told are you kidding me i told him that I will just have to call my credit card company then he told me do what I have too and hung up. Smh never will i go back...
