Subway — Restaurant in Windsor

Waited over twenty minutes in line for services. Not to mention they were completely out of EVERYTHING, didn’t even bother to go in back to grab food items to stock up front when they ran out; just simply told customers were out. Both individuals that were working were very rude to all the customers. Workers definitely need some customer service skills and management needs to ensure their workers have the necessary items to be prepared...

I just got my sandwich today and I really enjoyed it. The girl with blonde hair who made my sandwich was really polite to me all the customers. I forgot her name but I think it started with a T. Not a big fan of subway. They also just had mediocre service as usual. Nothing bad nothing particularly good.
