Very disappointed with the service. I have been coming here for over a year now. N they have this new cashier . Every time I go there. this new cashier is always on the phone . Doesn't even ask the customer if they need help whit any thing .I don't know y he still working there very disappointed .as I shop n walk by some customers they tell me. have you notice this guy's is on the phone all the times i come here. n i said yes I do notice .that's y am going some where else .n not coming here any more.as long his there I will not...

I've been coming here for 8 years now no where else hook you up like my boy now it's definitely the best vape shop around with selection too plus he actually takes the time to get to know his customers individually I've been in there over a hour before talking about what's been going on with each other recently instead of the usually buy and get out like the vape shops in Suffolk...

Sam & Zu are so awesome! They are very friendly and personable. They know what they are talking about when it comes to all their products. They even throw in a free lighter from time to time. ☺️ They make me laugh so much, it's ridiculous! LoL! (Sam says that I am his best/favorite customer!!! Ha ha ha!)
