Adventure Cycle and Ski — Local services in Winona

I was in the market for a bike but didn't know what I needed. The staff was very helpful, patiently answering my many questions and willing to let me "test-drive" a few different models. They were friendly and honest, and not at all condescending considering how little I knew about bikes! I ended up with purchasing a Trek, and literally rode it home that night. I also rode it 10 miles the next day, and could have ridden longer--it was so comfortable--such a smooth ride! I felt like I was in the market for a bike but ended up with a Cadillac! (I'm also very prone to "buyers remorse", but after such a pleasant buying experience and lovely bike-rides that night and next day, there's still not a hint of regret!) I was very pleased with my experience with Adventure Cycle and Ski, and I look forward to making purchases in the future. Thanks for hooking me up with a fabulous bike! ...

It was pretty awesome that Brad helped me out with my biking needs even though I'm located over 2000 miles away from the store in Winona, MN. I really appreciated the fact that Brad was willing and able to go to my mother's house (in Winona) and pick up my bike. That made this project incredibly easy for my mother (especially during these Covid times). Also, per my request, Brad provided appropriate suggestions on what my bike needed (as far as tune up). Brad was reasonable, fair, timely, and did not try to upsell me. Then to top it off, he boxed up my bike and shipped it to me out in California....for a very reasonable price! I was impressed satisfied with EVERTHING! ...

I was looking for a specific bike that Adventure Cycle and Ski had in stock. I could not be more happy with the service and professionalism I received from Brad and co. at this wonderful shop. When I couldn't find anybody in my area to install a RideWrap for the bike, Adventure Cycle and Ski did it for me no problem. They worked very hard to get my new bike completed and shipped to me extremely quickly! My only regret is that I live 350 miles away and am not able to visit the shop regularly. I will definitely be looking here in the near future when my wife and I are due for a road bike upgrade....
