iTradez — Local services in Winslow Township

July 9 we purchased a used cell from a private owner on FB for our soon to be 12yr old for her bday and when we tried to turn on with the provider they informed my husband and I it was locked by the provider the seller owes money on the phone or account so we contacted to seller and they ignored us we we're so devistated this was the only thing our daughter wanted for her bday and we spent our last money on it since we are financial strapped do to my husband being a victim of a head on collision learning to walk so not working at this time and I am a stay at home mom.. anyway I was so upset my daughter has been waiting for a yr to get this phone .. we tried several times to get a refund but was ignored so out of desperation my husband googled for help and iTradez came up he called them and explained to Abdul the situation we were experiencing they said come in we can help my husband and I drove to them then abdul & brock so nice caring and understanding they gave us choices of setup and we agreed to one and they fixed my daughter new phone on the spot and set up a service deal that was better and cheaper then going thru a provider . He even gave our daughter a beautiful pink sparkly phone case as a bday gift from them .. we recommend them for all needed will do business with them only .. They are VERY polite. Awesome guys. However the phone I purchased from them in fact was blacklisted. It worked the day I bought it and a few weeks after. About 2 months ago I came here and traded in my Apple watch and Note 5 (it was cracked so they took it for parts) and paid $75 for a Verizon Galaxy S7 Edge here and it turns out the phone has been blacklisted and can't be used when I went to use it today. This was a back-up phone I would use whenever I sold my daily driver. I sold my daily driver a few hours ago, popped the SIM in here and it had no access. There is no mobile network, and I checked the IMEI, and it says Blacklisted. Unfortunately this cannot be used as a back-up and I am out of a phone until I purchase a new one off contract. Disappointed. If you purchase a phone, take care to verify IMEI is clean. You're gambling whenever you're purchasing an unlocked phone. Awful place that doesn’t know what their selling or anything going on with the phones they are selling . Claim the phones are tested and guaranteed to work but don’t. I bought an iPhone 6, their was an issue with the battery which they changed, then started having an issue were it kept turning off, took it to apple for them to say it’s corroded and the phone is basically junk, so go back to itradez and they wanted to switch the phone, so they switch to a different one with all sorts of scratches on it, now the fingerprint sensor won’t work. I spent close to $230 for a phone to keep coming back with issue after issue and all they can say now is did you do your update and to go to apple because they don’t know. I want my money back and they won’t. The warranty is a joke, all they will do is want to keep swapping to different ones. You can’t just sell people junk and take their money and screw them.
