United States Postal Service — Local services in Winslow Township

There are people who do there job and do it well. Not many of them at this post office. I've lived in Sicklerville for more than twenty three years and have seen the best postal workers retire or move on. Now, a handful of the clerks at the post office are pleasant while others tolerate you. Due to a prior issue with a delivery, I called Barrington postal center and asked for my parcels NOT to be left on the front step due to the elements. For months, they have listened until the past few weeks...again. When I came outside to advise the carrier, she deliberately kept leaving the rest of my order on the front step in the rain and replied, "We don't know". The irony is, the distance to the requested area is the same amount of steps! Every delivery from SPO since then has left my packages where I asked not to. EVERY OTHER CARRIER ACCOMODATES MY REQUEST...UPS, FEDEX, ETC. Everything is temporary with this branch. They have delivered other people's mail to my address for weeks/months on end when the address was clearly not ours. I notified the Post Master and after the sixth time, the problem seems to be under control. Now, I refuse to do business at this branch. I am respectful to everyone and appreciate good customer service. Do your job and have the decency to treat everyone with the same respect you...

I just shared a problem we're having with our carrier in the last few months (Zoe Road, Sicklerville, NJ) but I want to be clear that this is the first problem I've ever had with the Sicklerville P.O. since 1988 when I moved here. The personnel at this location are awesome; I actually tell people how great my post office is. The personnel are routinely friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I'm having problems with my specific carrier right now, but Matt, who's been addressing the problem, has been courteous and doing his best from my first phone call. I'd hate to see this one problem carrier overshadow the great job that the Sicklerville Post Office has...

I'm an online seller. I ship out orders like more than 15 packages a day so I just drop them inside & don't even bother getting a receipt because of the very long line & I don't want to wait that long I have other stuff to do. I just 2 weeks I have 2 packages that were never scanned & delivered to my buyers. It means there's someone stealing packages on this post office! Always get a receipt when shipping out orders! I don't go to this post office anymore. I don't trust thelse people. I have to go to another post office even though this is the nearest one from my house. PLEASE CHECK OUT YOUR PEOPLE THERE...
