Wawa — Restaurant in Winslow Township

I went into Wawa tonight to get something quick for em and the kids to eat I got a quesadilla,and my 3 kids got meatballs,chicken noodle soup,Mac and cheese and French fries.. The French fries were not edible at all first the container was only half full second they were hard as a rock like they have sat out for hours or they just straight burned them,they def should have never been served at all and a manager was one of the 2 that was packaging the food up. I didn’t notice about the fried till I got home so of course I was mad at the fact I had to go back out to get new ones. So I got to the store and asked for a manager,so a employee asked for manager over the headset and the manager said she will be a while she was busy so I waited and when she came up you can already tell she had attitude but I said these French fries are no where’s near edible they are hard as a rock so she then says do you want a refund I said no my kids want fries she says well they gonna take 14 mins and just walks away.. So I started to wait and after a couple mins I said never mind I’m not gonna wait I was afraid something was gonna happen to them fries that I would be giving to my kids so I then asked for the refund and went...

My boyfriend went to get serviced and the night manager declined his services. I went to go get serviced due to him not getting any service and she declined me as-well. We both had proof of identification and full payment through cash or card method. She was very rude and made this company lose business to regular customers. You should really work on your staffs etiquette skills and customer service. She was very rude and seemed to be annoyed that we came in to begin with. I have never been so disrespected in a store setting before. This happened at 12:20am. I’m sure you can see camera footage and see that I even helped her when she seemed overwhelmed with her work duties. As a large company brand, you should re evaluate the employees that you consider for the position to be put in charge, when they can’t even provide friendly customer service to brown adults that were more than willing to provide her with any information she needed to complete the transaction. I ain’t never even said nun before cause I’m not even that type of boul. But the sandwich I just got was horrible. Nd the jawn that made it forgot my hot peppers on the side. (Look at the order ticket) Now I ain’t even tweak I just was gon ask for em, but she was sittin there talkn to some guy.

Sounded like she was flirtin wit him which was crazy cause he said he was takin the food to his wife. She askin him step by step what he want on the sandwhich. Told him her whole life story while I’m tryin to get her attention. I asked for the peppers after I let them stop speakin since Yk that was more important.

She gon say, “yea, can you give me a second”. Like I was interrupting her or sum. Then continued meat eating the boul.
