Update response to owner: It was not sold. You stated that a customer came to look at it because it was fifteen minutes past the hold time. You also stated it was still available and pointed to where it was. I happily have a picture of the item in your warehouse. I left the store because of our initial interaction. You are extremely rude. You should probably stop lying on your reviews if you would like to keep customers. We are the reason you still have a business. Your response proves my point.
Horrible customer service.
I came in ready to spend a significant amount of money, but the moment I approached the desk to ask about an item, I was immediately spoken to with complete disrespect-talked down to with horrible attitude. This first impression alone was enough for me to walk out.
I don’t know if they treat everyone this way or just women, but either way, it’s unacceptable. I’ll gladly spend $300 more elsewhere than support a business that thinks it’s okay to treat...
Read moreTerrible customer service. From the moment we arrived, the floor employee ( blonde plus size lady) had a bad attitude toward my mother and me. Despite this, we continued browsing. When I asked about a price discrepancy between two identical dresses, the cashier confirmed it was an error and assured me they would honor the lower price.
However, about 30 minutes later, the same employee rudely told me they had checked the prices again and would no longer honor the price they had previously agreed to. When I explained that it wasn’t my fault, she became argumentative, accused us of changing the prices, and even requested the security cameras to be checked.
As we were leaving, she continued to treat us poorly and even shouted that we should never return. This was my first and last time at this store. We felt disrespected and marginalized. I would not recommend...
Read moreThis is the most expensive liquidation store that I have ever gone too. The prices are outrageous. The merchandise that they sell comes from Sam’s club and it’s cheaper to shop at Sam’s and pay a few dollars more than going to this liquidation store. Now, the liquidation store that’s on Sandlake road and the Liquidation store next to this one is very reasonable and they negotiate with the prices, but R & K, I would really stay away from their. There’s no warranty on electronics, but maybe 30 days, but for the prices that they sell the electronics for, one can go to Sam’s Club or Walmart and get it cheaper and get a one year warranty on it. No, No, No. please look around to find other reasonable liquidation stores because this was will break...
