La Isla Del Frappe & Puchunguis Pinchos — Restaurant in Florida

(Update my first review from 1 to 2 stars) I placed an order over the phone for carry out and when I got there the young lady attending the window didn't seem to know what I was talking about until I repeated myself so I step aside and wait then she calls me over letting me know my order is ready so I pick it up and go. Once I get back to work I noticed that our frappes were not in the bag so I call and the person who answers the phone says it's my fault because I didn't ask for them or go to the second window like if Im supposed to automatically know the way they operate without anyone telling me. Then the lady said well you knew you ordered frappes why didn't you ask for them I told her when the attendant told me my order was ready and gave me my bag I assumed everything was there why didn't the attendant double check as well because that's the way things are usually handled in the food industry she said theres nothing we can do just to come pick up the frappes which by then may have already been melted. Disrespectful and bad customer service but at least someone else was able to get ahold of the owner and they offered replacement frappes for our next visit. Im greatful and I'll be adding an additional star because of this but they really goota do something about that...

First time trying this place. Got the fresa & guineo frappe and it was incredible! Topped with chocolate covered strawberries, whipped cream & fruit, it was the most delicious frappe I’ve ever had. Now i want to go back and try one of their other flavors! They have like 30 different frappes to choose from! We also got the tostonos rellenos con churrasco al ajillo & it was a huge serving of 4 tostones rellenos! The churrasco was cooked well and it was soft and the tostone was full of ajillo sauce. So flavorful! The other dish we got was the tostone burger with a side of papas fritas topped with bacon and cheese. The burger was cooked perfectly and even though the mayo ketchup was a bit heavy, it tasted soo good! After ordering, it took 27 min to get the order and we spent about $44.
