Everyone there is talented BUT if you are trying to get in and out ask for Marisol otherwise its an all day event I swear. She is the owner and doesnt play with your time. This will be the last time I go unless I can see Marisol. I was the first one there, before 9am and still had to wait and the lady that got there after me was still seen before me... I was there for a cut, color and blow dry... And I completely understand that it takes awhile to do all that... But I spent a lot of time waiting to continue the process because some of the staff was talking too much and discussing issues about other clients... I ended up leaving with my hair wet, not getting my hair blow dried and still paid $130 for a cut and color. It was about to be 11:30 and my hair still had not been blow dried. I'm so mad because I've been coming here for awhile and every time I see Marisol. I bring my daughter here and my mom who lives in Miami gets her hair done here too. I'm so livid. 04/07/2022. Horrible Experience. Stay away from this place. I asked for silver hightlight, she started with crotchet but was too painful and used foil hightlight, I told her take little hair because I dont' like big one. She cut my hair line bob. No blowout. I went home took shower and dry my hair. The color was too silver all over and I can see the roots of my hair look like over 5 Months regrowth and my hair cut was too short and uneven. I went There Monday and asked for refund he said that she is in vacation Come back Friday. I went to another salon and fixed the color, she add black hightlight, honey tone and treatments the damage and color is good now but sorry for you hair cut need to wait for the hair regrowth because you don't like Short hair. Omg, I just got my hair done and I am lost for words. I had no appt, just walked in and within 2min, I was getting my hair washed. The lady who washes is amazing & deserves an applause. I nearly fell asleep while she was massaging my head.

The aura in the salon was top tier and it felt so welcoming & homey. It’s nice and clean inside as well. As a non-Dominican, I felt so welcomed & loved seeing how they work with eachother.

I showed the lady who cut and styled my hair a video I saw on tiktok of long layers and a blow out. She UNDERSTOOD the assignment & I couldn’t be any happier. I am Polynesian and my hair is LONG & THICK and my most prized possession lol but I went in there and walked out a whole new woman. & price is a steal!!! I’m from the west coast so I’m used to things being more expensive but this salon is an hidden gem here in Orlando. Absolutely loveeee my hair & will definitely be a regular there. Thank you so...
