The bounce castle itself was great. The product was awesome, but it was their customer service and setup employees that tarnished our experience, and I will never do business with them again. When they notified me they'd be in the area a day before to setup, I was extremely excited and thought it was great they would be giving us extra time. However, things didn't go smoothly. On the way the driver messed up and went to the incorrect address which required me to be home longer than I wanted to be considering my mother was in town for my son's birthday and we had plans to go out. When he was lost he confirmed the address over the phone with me multiple times and then told me he was outside. I told him I was too and then he blamed it on someone else but was frustrated. Upon arrival they struggled to find a wide enough surface in my backyard 15 x 15 to support. While I get that it's partially my responsibility to ensure a flat surface, there wasn't anything on the website that clarified size selection and needing grass only, just a few disclaimers about commercial vs residence. He told us to clean a few piles of dog poop which fine I get it. I can't imagine I'm the only customer to ever have that given typically these things are in backyards. Nevertheless not a big deal still. What shocked me was when they moved the bounce house equipment a third time he said to me "I'm just going to be honest any other driver would have left by now." The whole setup took maybe 30 min but more likely 20ish. I offered beverages and apologized and he just shrugged it off. This is awful customer service and I could have been a jerk in response to that. I paid over $100 for this, it's not chump change and to be told that is disheartening. I run customer service orgs for many companies and can tell you customer service can kill your business. I'll never be working with this company again. Lastly they didn't come until 3 hours later after the time scheduled to pick up which was on Halloween and delayed my brother from joining us.
I can't reply to the review for some reason so I'm adding this. When I say move the bounce house 3 times it was actually twice and it was just lifting the non deflated sheets and moving them over.
I understand what the customer's responsibility is, what I don't understand is ridiculous customer service approach in taking frustration out on me and then telling me other drivers would have left? There's a difference between clarifying policy in a nice professional way and scoffing like a 2 year old and threatening...
Read moreI love the combo options of bouncy and water slides. The delivery people were very kind. Unfortunately, I ordered the spiderman combo and they accidentally brought the Avengers and told me spiderman is on that too. Well, spiderman was not pictured on it and I had to apologize to the kiddos of not having spiderman as that's their favorite character. The delivery guys said they could go back and get it but it would take another 20 minutes each way and I couldn't risk less time for kids to play on it especially not always knowing Florida weather. Then the air machine for the bouncy stopped working about 6 hours later while we had kids inside it (we rented it for 7 hours). We weren't able to get it working again except for a couple minutes and it would die out. I feel bad as the other little kids in the school didn't get their second time out on the bouncy. The company offered to comp me on the next order but that doesn't help now when you had to break promises to a classroom of little kids. (sigh)
Updated 8/9/25: we used their services yesterday for our end of summer party. The combo water bouncey inflatable arrived and set up by 7:45am (much earlier than I expected) and everything including the hose hook up were all set up ready for kids to enjoy. Read moreWe chose Bouncing Kid for our daughter’s party based on their great reviews, reasonable prices, and availability of water slides for the date we needed. After booking, we received confirmation along with instructions stating we would get a call with an ETA the day before the event.
We indicated that our party started at 1:00pm, wanting to ensure everything was set up before guests arrived, we called at 9:30 AM to check on the ETA and were told it would be between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM. By 12:20 PM, we still hadn’t received any updates, so we followed up again. We were told someone would check with the drivers and get back to us but no one did. The next communication didn’t come until 12:45 PM, when we received a text saying they’d arrive at 1:15 PM. The slide didn’t arrive until 1:24 PM.
Despite a few hiccups, the overall experience was decent. The water slide itself was in excellent condition, and the delivery team was very polite and apologetic. Unfortunately, there was a delay in delivery, which cut into our party time, especially since setup for the large slide took extra time.
