Long term customer over last 5 years ..I won't ever go back. This used to be the best place. But then they wouldn't honor their word about my appointment after driving far to get there they said they were booked. They also refused to honor their own free massage coupon I had after a number of visits citing it was old. Some young Asian guy has no idea how to manage this business. From when I walked in the door and saw the store to the pleasant greeting, this was the right place. The store is bright and clean and has the right visual appeal to make you smile. The professionalism is top notch, the staff is very friendly, and honest. They truly care for their customers well being. They are expanding to offer scalp treatments which I plan to check out just to try. The Elite Spa name certainly fits...
