My husband and I are always on the hunt for great Cuban food whenever we travel, and we were thrilled to find this gem. I’m Cuban, and he’s American, and we both absolutely loved it! We had the vaca frita with congrí (a flavorful mix of rice and black beans), and let me tell you—it was delicious! And the flan—wow! It transported me straight back home with its creamy texture and rich caramel flavor. My husband, who didn’t grow up with Cuban food, loved every bite just as much as I did!

We came here for dinner and the food and service was AMAZING! The owner, Betty, is such a sweetheart. She made us feel so welcome! The way she spoke to us, it almost felt like we were family. She definitely reminded me of my Titi. We had the masitas de cerdo(fried pork chunks) and the pechuga de pollo(grilled chicken). The rice and beans had so much flavor, pork was crispy and juicy, you could tell just by the taste it’s made with so much love. We also had flan and rice pudding(not pictured) and wow. I honestly could eat it every day, that’s how good it was! The flan was so silky and sweet, rice pudding was topped with a bit of cinnamon and wasn’t overly sweet which I personally prefer, especially with the sweetness from the flan. Whomever was there today at 9/23/2025 around 10am, was very unprofessional and rude.

A simple request for empanadas. I was going to request about 12 empanadas for my crew, and when a simple conversation starter was asked, "are they nice and fresh" complete 180 on me, she began to rant how rude I was for asking such a question and so on....so I walked out.

Im a small business owner new to the area and was looking for a new food spot for my team to chow down on Fridays.
