Napolis — Restaurant in Winter Springs

This is hard for me to be critical to such nice people. But this was my honest experience.

It was our first time ordering from this restaurant. I got the chicken parmesan which was alright, my wife got the shrimp scampi which was far from. The shrimp was either bad, or overcooked and bad. It was very smelly, had a VERY strong fishy taste and it was very chewy and rubbery. It did not look undercooked because the colour was good but it was unedible and ultimately thrown out.

A lot of food for the money that you pay. Speaking of which, the prices on the website are not accurate because according to one of the staff members it is not their website. It was created a long time ago by a 3rd party. I recommended that they remove the website from their google page. I was quite surprised to see my dinenr increase in price by several dollars. I believe it was 10$ more than anticipated.

Overall, very good staff, reasolably large portions. Shrimp was sadly discarded. Chicken was alright. Garlic breat was good. Food was scalding hot which is always nice when ordering takeaway.

I might give this restaurant another chance in the future, solely because the staff...

I ordered a calzone with pepperoni and sausage, a steak and cheese wrap w/ fries and a appetizer sampler from this place today.

For one, it took close to 1 1/2 hours for it to be delivered. The person on the phone told me 45-60 minutes. When it got to us, what I can only explain is grease by the bucket load.

The calzone, albeit is supposed to be greasy. I understand that, but the amount of grease coming out of this monstrosity was far too much. I couldn't eat it, it was that bad. The steak and cheese wrap was just about as bad and when delivered, the wrap its self was so soggy that it was inedible.

The fries were soggy and wet for waiting as long as they did.

I called this place to complain and to ask for my money back and was denied. The person on the phone was confrontational and rude. She even tried to explain to me that MOZZARELLA CHEESE was the reason for all the grease and then HUNG UP ON ME.

I will never go back to this place again. I am considering filing a dispute against this place with my bank for fraud. This place is the most vial establishment I have ever had to deal with. If I could rate this place a 0 out of 5 I would in...

I went to this place as someone mentioned the food was decent, however, something happened here that killed my appetite faster than you could say "Jack Robinson." We ordered the food with unfriendly service. When our waitress was carrying our food towards us, right before she got to the table, their phone rang. At this point, she said something that I could not understand but my son and I did manage to see a sizeable blob of spit+mucous escaping out of her mouth (possibly screaming "freedom!!!") and successfully landed on "my pizza".... Don't know about you but I prefer my pizza completely "phlegm-less." I was truly disgusted; didn't say a word to her, did not eat my food, but paid for it, and left the restaurant as soon as the transaction...
