Bought a beef through a buddy, first and only time going to be going here, I live two hours away, took me a couple weeks to get down there, no mention of a late fee until we go to pick up beef, office lady was very rude to my wife about it. She pushed the carts outside and closed door. I stepped inside told her I would not be paying the late fee if they could not let us know about it. They then called my buddy that I bought the beef from and flat out lied, telling them that I was yelling, screaming, very rude, and cursing at the office girl over $25...

UPDATE.. I would say calling me back a hour after you post a reponse and threatening to take me to court is not the way

UPDATE #2. sent us a bill less than two weeks after the first one with a 20 dollar late fee on a 25 dollar bill telling us they were sending to collections, real nice telling us they want to earn our business back after treating us like this. terrible...

Monday threw Thursdsy sub sandwiches are great! And the Friday specials are even better! Love how they package the meat, because you can see exactly what your getting! Easily stackable. Simple system put in place for getting meat processed threw the locker with all the meat sourced by very reputable and friendly local Iowa farmers. And the staff are very welcoming knowledgeable and helpful providing great service! Highly recommend...

The girl who takes calls has been extremely rude every time she answered or called us, She was also cursing at people in the background as well while taking orders on phone. We had a beef processed here. This is 2nd time we had meat processed here. The cuts were twice the thickness we ask for & the hamburger was so full of water you could squeeze it out like a lemon.
