I'm a local and it's the last place in town I would choose to eat at. I've been here probably 4 times now. It's not filthy, but it's not really clean either. Service has been bad to ok, but never great. Received soggy nachos the first time I went and wouldn't eat, but they wouldn't take it off my bill. Was well over a year before I went back to give it another try. Another time they got my order wrong and they did correct it, but nothing off my bill so I had to sit while my husband ate his dinner and wait for mine. The driveway is probably my biggest pet peeve with them. It had major potholes for years. They finally fixed some of them but it's still something I don't like to take my car through. It's as if they do not care about the customer inside or out. I would really love this place to succeed as there's not a lot of local options, but every time I have gone it has been a disappointment. Very poor. We had a party of about 14 that we prearranged and they only provided 1 waitress. She seemed OK. But the order was slow, very slow. First she got all the drink orders. Then she brought them out in waves. Next she got all the food orders. It took forever to get the food delivered to our tables. Then came the checks. In waves. At least one of the checks was incorrect. And the final screwup was their computer acted up and eventually they rebooted it. So we chased the waitress around to different stations so she could try to run our cards through. I offered to pay in cash, but they insisted on running my card. It must have been 30 minutes from the time I got my check to the time I signed the debit card receipt. Unsatisfactory. And I will add, my plate came out cold. I dont know about anybody else, but it's really hard to say my plate was worth $10. I wish I could give the place...
