Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winterset

My service was the worst I've ever had anywhere. When ordering Dottie didn't know the products. I asked about garlic bread she said "I don't know" and did not try to find an answer. We ordered 16 bone out wings sauce on the side and 1 Tuscan for 2 and cheese breadstix for $21.40 for carry out. Wife went in to pay and payed. We got home and pasta was burnt, bread sticks over cooked. And I only got 8 wings and they were bone in naked and tossed with sauce. So I called and got Dottie back on the phone. I asked for a manager she refused me. The manager said to Dottie to tell me she is busy and would call back, I said I paid for food I didn't receive I would wait, Dottie argued with me then put me on hold. Then Dottie picked up the phone after a few mins and when she realized it was me she told me I'd have to hold. I said it was very important and that I need to speak to the manager asap she refused again and said she was doing her best. I told her if she wouldn't get the manager I was going to call corporate, then she got the manager. I told the manager my issue, she said she would get my order right and have it delivered. Walked into this place around 11:35am on February 11th 2018 teenage Waitress took our drink orders we order drinks bread sticks our breadsticks came 10-15 minutes after we walked in Sat there and ate our bread sticks waiting for a pizza to come and waited and waited some more and waited and the waitress came out and said our pizza would be out in 7 or 8 minutes waited some more looked at the phone it was 12:33pm Waited 7 more minutes to 12:40pm Went up to the counter to speak to the manager and they gave me the run around about well there's only 2 of us here and we had to get stuff for the buffet And all while Delivery pizzas and carry out orders were going out Faster than the door could shut!!! Fed up with the BS and not receiving our pizza we walked up to the counter and offered to pay for drinks and breadsticks and as I could see from the counter our pizza was nowhere near coming out of the oven The manager lady who said that this was not her store told me we didn't owe anything and she was very sorry for the inconvenience! There was 2 couples waiting for food when we walked in. We sat down. Waitress was cleaning of 2 tables. She continued to clean off 2 tables. Took another 10 minutes. Then she went to the kitchen. After waiting 25 minutes to order we got up and got our menu ourselves. Went to get drinks, no silverware. One of the couples that were there left, instead of coming to get our order she went to clean of the table where other couple were sitting. I got up and walked over and said we are ready to order food. She went up to get order pad and came to take order. I said I wasn’t happy about the service and her response was we’ve had a change in management. My response to her was, people should not have to wait 25 minutes to order food when there is only 2 other customers in their establishment.
